Great Condo

We will definitely stay in this condo again. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Great deck and view. Easy parking and fastest elevator service of anywhere we’ve ever stayed. We were contacted the day after we arrived by the booking company to verify everything was in working order. This was a first for us! Excellent accommodations and service.

Week stayed in a PCB Condo

The condo we stayed at in PCB was good and at a perfect floor level for us. Not too high but off the ground level. We stayed on the 6th floor. The view was excellent and always a nice ocean breeze. The furniture was dated but clean. I think more instructions should be offered to condo leasers. There were no cleaning supplies, what so ever. No paper towels and 1 roll of TP. Kitchen appliances were a mix match of low end items.

Great Place and Location

This place was exactly like the listing. Place was clean and maintained well. Everything worked as it should. No issues at all during our stay. Book That Condo sent tons of communication with check-in/check-out instructions. Property is a great little gem with private beach access.

Beautiful beachfront condo in Panama City Beach!

We had 5 adults in our party. Plenty of room and very clean. 2 bedrooms with one looking out over the beach and gulf. One bed is a pull out couch so the person that sleeps there needs to be an early riser to have the living room back is order for the others that get up early. Huge balcony that looks over the beach and gulf. I would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay

A few problems. Refrig:Should have been cold when we got there,Light out inside frig,Would only dispense crushed ice even on cube setting. Crushed ice melts to fast in the heat there,The tv system and remote sucked.Remote was hard to work buttons had to be pushed real hard and then sometimes skipped channels evev after we replaced the batteries.I really didn't go there to watch tv,Last there were burnt out bulbs in the kitchen made it a little dark to cook.All and all a great place to stay.Just a few little thing to make it perfect. Would definitely stay there again Great location to everything you want to do.

We loved the view from the balcony. The space was amazing in the condo. The only complaint is that the microwave and kitchen sink was dirty and there was dust balls on the master bedroom walls. The carpet in the living room is white in the pictures but it was almost black from it being so dirty in person. The outside light on the balcony doesn’t work either which would have been nice to have so that we could have enjoyed it at night.

Nice until..

The place was nice and clean for the most part. The guest bedroom bed was super uncomfortable and the pillow cases were too small for the pillows. The biggest issue was when I went to open the dishwasher and there were a TON of roaches and it was so gross!

Horrible Customer Service

The first day we arrived the office was closed so we where unable to get the door code. A temporary one was provided after several phone calls. As soon as we get things packed in we noticed several live roaches in the kitchen and the air conditioning wasn’t working. The next day the maintenance man advised they had been to check but nothing had been done. Once he did come he was extremely rude and accusatory as if we damaged a curtain rod. Several messages where sent to property owner with no response. Air conditioning was serviced a few days later and maintenance advised the problems have been occurring since December and the owner would not approve fees to fix. After “fixing” the air he left and within 2 hours it was broken again. I am very understanding of mishaps but to have live roaches and no air then the maintenance man being so rude is unacceptable. Had one person acted as if they cared then I would have been more understanding. Not to mention there is no office onsite and the offsite office closes at 5. So any issues you have after require a ticket. Very poor customer service.

Condo was very nice. Big balcony. Clean; beds were comfortable. Walkable to many places to eat/shop/drink. Pool is very big. Property was clean and easy to navigate. Would stay here again.

Thanksgiving getaway

Overall, this property was great! Perfect location and easy access from parking garage to unit and unit to the beach. Large patio and big bedroom/bathrooms. Very comfortable living room and kitchen. Only drawback was the heat was not working. It was not terribly cold so we managed. The TVs were a little difficult to work as well. Not a deal breaker and would definitely return to this location.

Amazing location and view!

We had a great stay! We come to PCB every year and really enjoyed our stay at Twin Palms. The unit was nice and clean, had everything we may need. The balcony door in the master bedroom was a little hard to open but we were still able to access. Elevators were fast and rarely had to wait.

Started off with excellent contact with the property manager during booking. Arrived and it was exactly what was described. Well maintained and comfortable. LOVED THE BALCONY! We spent hours out there. Only negative of the entire stay was no free beach chairs and umbrella with the stay and the guy on the beach was kind of a jerk about it. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Disappointed

I’ve been staying in PCB for the last ten years and this was the first time staying at the Twin Palms. During the checkin process it took until 6pm before we could get into our room, which was a waste of a full day. The informed us that they were waiting on an “inspector” for the room to be cleared. I’ve never rented a property with a 6pm checkin time. When contacting the property manager she was less than accommodating and seemed as if she didn’t care. Then during the stay the maintenance man harassed multiple people at the pool for not “wearing” the wrist bands even though the wrist bands were in everyone’s possession. Our bands were in the beach bag with us so we could show anyone who needed to seem them. The maintenance man raised his voice at a family member demanding the wrist bands be on the wrist and not in the bag. Very unprofessional. Needless to say, I will never stay at the twin Palms resort again. I have never experienced such an experience in ten years of vacationing in PCB.
