Never again
I was in constant communication with VRBO. It took over 90 minutes to get a keypad code that would work. It was 85+ degrees, which I was not dressed for. There were no bath towels wash cloths. It appeared as if there was only one garbage can, in the bathroom. I found one off the kitchen, but it did not have a trash bag. There was no ice tray in the refrigerator. Fortunately, I had a beach towel that I used instead. I left Monday afternoon to visit friends in Alabama. I sent a message on Tuesday, requesting the missing items. I gave them permission to enter the room. When I returned on Wednesday nothing had changed. Then there were the roaches. A lot of roaches. I have video and photographic evidence. I have photos of my one garbage bag, and the stained sheets that were on the bed. I discovered how nasty they were when I stripped the bed this morning. I have copies of all the messages between Vacasa and myself. The only follow up was a voicemail saying that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Internet was extremely slow. Television channels were limited. 3 of the chairs on the balcony were tattered and needed towels placed on them in order to use them. I could go on, but frankly, I am simply tired of dealing with it all. It was a horrible 12 days spent out of the unit as much as possible. I respectfully requested a partial refund for the challenges I faced. No reply. The only people that I spoke to/chatted with all responded with scripted answers. I eventually asked them
