Nice location but lacks other

The location was great for us. Close to restaurants and stores. At first glance the condo was very nice but was not cleaned well after the previous renters. We encountered crumbs on the counters and floors. Trash and dust under the couch and beds. As well as used sleep masks under beds. The condo needs new area rugs because the ones in there are extremely dirty. Most importantly the communication with the property manager was horrible! The condo was supposed to have 2 rolling twin beds but did not. I immediately contacted them hoping to get them before night time but I got no response. The next day I received a response saying “what are the beds doing?” They are missing!! On the 3rd day we finally received 1 rollaway bed but never got an explanation on the other one. This condo did not have enough towels to accommodate every one and the washer and dryer did not work well to keep them clean. The condo had multiple issues with the elevator with only 1 working with 19 floors. The 2nd elevator broke several times during our stay and when we left we had to carry our stuff down 7 floors. Overall there are several things that need fixed but it is a large condo and has great potential with a new property manager and maintenance dept. Check in was easy and beach front so that’s great. These little things matter when little kids are involved. We had 5 kids and 4 adults.

November beach trip

We had a lovely stay. The condo was perfect for three adults - each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was quiet and the grounds and beach weren’t crowded. November is a great time of year to go!

Beautiful condo

Love the location of the condo. It’s right off right out of the elevator spacious only thing is the bathroom to the right when you come into the condo needs the commode replaced and the bed needs a new mattress. But other than that, love the condo love the location easy access to the pool and the beach would stay there again.

Nice and clean, but some things were broken

When we arrived the condo was clean. The property manager was nice enough to let us enter the property early as long as the cleaner was.done cleaning. The location was awesome and the pool for the condo was great for our family. We enjoyed being able to go to the beach and/or the pool. There were a few items that were broken that made me wonder if they had been broken for a while. The shower handle in one of the bathrooms was broken. The tabletop on balcony outside was broken. And the control on the jetted tub in tbe master bathroom was also broken.

Honest Horrible Review

Do Not Be Fooled by the photos or other reviews!!! This place was DIRTY. We spent the first day of our trip cleaning. Every room!! Vacuum cleaner was absolutely gross. One of the toilet seats was split in half. Garbage disposal quit and smelled like an electric issue. Towels were wet - not damp. There was not a complete set for 6 people. Kitchen was NOT cooking adequate. I called rental management office first thing on Monday morning. No one ever came. I called again on Friday before we left to insure we were not charged for toilet seat or garbage disposal. This place is not cheap. Do not spend your money staying here.

Vacation

The condo is beautiful.We loved the view from the balcony and the kitchen is well appointed. There were a couple of issues, one being bathroom cleanliness. The toilet in the bedroom with double beds was not clean and there was a significant amount of dust under the beds. The master bedroom toilet has a problem which needs attention. The profile information listed a roll away bed which was not available in the unit. We contacted the host and front desk about the rollaway bed but never received it which was a big disappointment. Other than these issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing vacation!

We have stayed at Hidden Dunes before and love the large units and balcony. Always clean and well kept and located on a nice quiet section of the beach. We enjoyed relaxing poolside and walking the beach. The only complaint is that prior to our arrival we inquired if there was still a hot tub on the balcony as shown in the pictures. It was confirmed there was a hot tub. Although, upon arrival the hot tub was empty. We did inquire if we could fill it and we were told "I think that would be perfectly fine". We tried to fill it and the water stayed on for a few moments and then stopped running--being unfamiliar we did not want to try again. We have stayed at numerous other places with hot tubs and the hot tub was always filled, warm and ready to go upon arrival. We could have followed up with this more but that is not us. All in all, we had an amazing time.

Beautiful Condo but...

The Condo is Beautiful but needs a thoroughly cleaning. After walking in the kitchen upon arrival our feet were black. Also looks like the dirt was swept under the rugs. My bedding smelt like urine so I had to wash them. I think they were put on the bed damp also the towels. I don't think they run the dryer right. The property & pool were beautiful and there were no kids partying (Spring Break) which they monitor. There were no wrist bands but found out later they no longer were required. No complementary beach chairs because the unit didn't pay to update usage, so we paid extra out of pocket for the first 2 days. Contacted the manager and it was then paid. The toilet clogged on the first day there were 3 plungers but they were cheap and didn't work. We had to use one of the other toilets. We contacted the manager and they sent out a maintenance but we were able to unplug it before they arrive. Then the flapper wasn't working right and the toilet ran after flushing. I needed a relaxing stay but it seemed there something was always wrong. This is a Beautiful Condo but unless things are changed in the way it's cleaned and managed it will continue to get more worn.

SPECTACULAR VIEW!!!!

When we opened the door we immediately saw the gulf, every day of vacation we were so appreciative of the view.The condo is exactly as beautiful as the pictures. It was clean and comfortable.Check in was super easy.The full sized washer and dryer was great for washing beach towels.We would definitely stay in 703 again!

Our stay @ Hidden Dunes was very enjoyable. The place is just what we needed for our family of 8. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Minor updates wouldn't hurt but wasn't anything major to us. Would like to have the opportunity to stay again. The check in process was so easy and went without a hitch. By far our top favorite condo!

Fantastic, 5-Star Experience

My family and I have been coming to PC Beach for over 4 decades and specifically staying at the Hidden Dunes complex for 15 years. This, however, was the first time renting this unit and the first time working with the rental manager ECDI. The experience was excellent. The beautiful unit was very well equipped with modern amenities all around. Location was excellent, including both access to the elevator and the sweeping view of the beach. The rental process was seamless and expedient. Check-in and check out were both simple. Communication was excellent. A day after arriving, a very nice gentleman from the rental company stopped by to fill the hot tub, apologizing this was not done ahead of time (I had previously always filled these up myself, so the offer was generous). The only minor issue we experienced was that the rug in the dining room appeared not to have been thoroughly vacuumed prior to our arrival, and I could not locate a vacuum in the unit (we simply swept the rug). Other than this very minor issue, the rest of the condo was extremely clean. I cannot more highly recommend ECDI; I will be using them on subsequent trips to PC Beach and will look to rent this unit again. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Great get away

The condo is very big and comfortable . In master bathroom-commode had mold, the light and exhaust fan had lent inside it. Needs brighter lights. Carpet under dinning room table very dirty on the edges. The bedroom with two beds the tub had trouble draining, so it was not used. The comforter on the king size bed had spots on it. We called and gave a lady the list of problem areas, she said someone would be over. Never saw anyone and no one came the entire week. I paid a cleaning fee and expected it to be clean.

Wonderful

Wished they could have fixed the guest bathroom tub/shower faucets properly. They tried by using a screw when it need to be replaced. It was stripped out and just broke again. No place to put clothes in guest bedroom. I hate using suitcases for the entire week. Tv in other guest did not work all the time. Toilet in master bedroom stopped up for two days and water on floor. It took them way too long to fix it. Inconvenience that we paid for but did not worked. Still condo and beach were beautiful. Loved that we did not have I walk far to set up our cabana tent. Overall most enjoyable trip I would definitely stay there again.

Coworkers Vacation

Wonderful condo. A few problems with the fridge leaking water and one of the water handles in one of the showers came off. We called as soon as these things happened. No one ever came to fix it, but these were non issues. The condo was clean and the location is awesome.

Beautiful!

So happy we had a chance to stay here. Very nice place, a few minor updates needed mostly in the bedrooms/bathrooms but overall this place is wonderful. The beach wasn’t crowded at all, parking area is great compared to many places we have stayed. We loved Hidden Dunes and staying in 703! Even had a beautiful view doing dishes (seen dolphins ❤️🐬) We had a group of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would love to visit again sometime!
