Nice Condo

I had to rent two condos for my family and 2 of my adult children and their families stayed in this condo. Beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family. Was clean and great pool and kids loved it!!

Upset with cleanliness and lack of communication

The condo is beautiful like in the pictures, but is in need of a MAJOR deep clean. Toilets were dirty, toothpaste residue left from the previous guests. No way the floors had been mopped. Within one hour of arrival we spotted and killed 9 cockroaches. The property manager was notified right away with picture evidence 3 different times via email on night one of our 7 night stay. I contacted maintenance on the second day because the manager did not answer and he said he would handle it ASAP. To this day, I have not heard back from the manager via email or call and nothing was done about the roaches during our stay. The lack of communication from the manager is more irritating to me than the actual roaches. There was what looked like blood in multiple locations, including towels. Unprofessional and unhealthy renting conditions.

Everything was good except the mattress in the master bedroom and the bedroom with two beds should be replaced. The mattress in the other bedroom is fine. Also, a few more necessities should be provided, such as, more trash bags, more dishwasher soap and coffee filters.

Gorgeous view

Here's a revised version of your review: --- We absolutely loved the location, the stunning views, and the unit itself. However, we encountered some safety and cleanliness concerns during our stay. While the team was helpful in installing locks, we were disappointed to discover that the exterior locks leading to the balcony were non-functional upon our arrival. Additionally, the unit could greatly benefit from a deep clean; we noticed dust in various areas, dirty walls, and cabinets that needed wiping down. Unfortunately, our feet were black within minutes of walking around. The team did send the cleaner back to address the floors, which we appreciated. On a positive note, the beds and linens were very nice and comfortable.Unit has a ton of potential and really is nice just could be better cleaned.

Perfect Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Long Beach Resort. We usually try a different resort each year we go, but we have all said LBR is our favorite so far. On-site parking with plenty of spaces, so never a far walk to the entrance. We literally NEVER had to wait on an elevator, and we were on the top floor. Condo was nice, we had plenty of room for everyone, and we all had an ocean view from our bed.

Fantastic stay

Property was wonderful with an amazing view! It was definitely a home away from home. My whole family could totally relax and enjoy the comforts of this place along with the amazing views. Highly recommend this place, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great Stay

What a beautiful property in a great location. The property was as described. The condo was clean, spacious, decorated nicely, the kitchen was well stocked and the view from the balcony is outstanding. Check in was simple and communication with the owners was just as easy and they responded quickly to any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great stay!!

This unit is very spacious and has great views from each room, bonus feature the 2nd master has its own private balcony. The only negative thing I would say is the main slider door is super heavy and doesn’t slide open the greatest. It could have been from the humidity or being hot the times we were there. We just used the doors off the 2 bedrooms to access the balcony..we would definitely book this unit again..

Family get away

Photos are very accurate. It had everything you would need to enjoy your vacation hassle free. The only thing we would have really enjoyed was a dinning table on the balcony. IT would have been nice for breakfast and dinner.

PCB Long Beach

We have stayed at Long Beach Resorts several times. Location, beach and amenities exceptional. Condo was not very well cleaned prior to our arrival. Floors dirty, bathroom vents were discusting and no dusting. I had to contact prperty manager because one bathroom had a constant hot water leak from shower head. So when the plumber come in I had the property maintenance clean the bathroom vent. I mentioned the floors but did not offer to send a cleaner in. Why do we pay for cleaning if it isn't going to be clean upon arrival?

Wonderful stay

We had a fanstastic time for our PCB stay. The unit was amazing! It was clean, well stocked with everything to get us started for the week, and the views were phenomenal! It was everything described and more! Thank you so very much! We would definatley stay here again and recomend to anyone else.

We had a great time! Our only issue was the mattresses in all the bedrooms need to be replaced. They are a bit to soft and broken in. But overall a great place to stay!

Family vacation

Overall, the property was great. Great beach access, pools were not crowded, beach not crowded in front of the condos but definitely crowded on both sides of the property. Elevators were super fast. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with every we needed. Floors seemed dirty though. Had to always wear shoes while inside. I would definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay, BUT…….

We rented this condo for our annual cousins trip. The check in process was a fiasco. I received the email for our door code but no code. After numerous attempts with no luck I notified VRBO and they attempted to reach the property manager. After being unsuccessful several times VRBO stated that they were going to find us another place to stay. We were unhappy about that as this condo was beautiful and we were ready to have some fun. FINALLY a gentleman with VRBO in another department was successful in reaching Maureen (the property manager) and he obtained the code for entry. After 3 hours we were finally in and ready to relax and have fun. YEA! During our stay the property manager never reach out with an apology for the mishap. We had a couple issues that needed the attention of the maintenance department The gentleman responded in a very timely manner and was very pleasant. Issues resolved. We enjoyed our stay very much just disappointed in the check in process.
