Wonderful house a few blocks from beach

10 of us stayed at the house. My family of 4 plus a friend and my brother’s family of four and my mom. The bunk beds were great for the kids and the room was plenty big enough. Two of the girls even slept in the same bed on the bottom bunk. My mom stayed on the pull out couch and said it was comfortable but my brother who is 200lbs said he could feel the bar. The size of the rest of the house was nice. We decided they had a tankless hot water heater because all of us took showers and never ran out of hot water! The walk to the beach was not bad. I had no problem pulling a wagon with the teens. The beach access is not a marked one but it is public access. PROS— Easy walking distance to a public beach access. Very close to a convenience store, plenty of space inside the house, lots of stuff in the kitchen! Hot water for 10 showers in a row!!! OUTSIDE SHOWER ( limited sand inside)CONS—The grill was not what was pictured, the dryer took forever on high heat to dry, the beds were best described as being the softest “ hard” bed I have ever slept in. Not bad but strange. The back yard is not for kids! It’s all rocks, but we spent all our time at the beach so it wasn’t a big deal to us.

Nice clean property, communication was excellent frow owner, large living space. Hot water in the shower in guest bathroom was not working, the golf cart shown in pics was not provided nor allowed to rent so that was kind of deceiving advertisement. Would stay again though.

Great House for Group

The house was perfect location for Softball World Series. We were within a close distance to both locations and close to beach access. Marie was quick to respond to messages, and super friendly. Would 100% stay here again.

Loved it. Will be staying again. We had our kids ages 21, 18, 17, 17 and 2 years of age as well as my mother. There was enough room for all. Everyone had a blast. My two year old did not like the beach ( it was dangerous anyway- we got her sand from the beach) so she had fun at the house, there were toys available. The teens and the 21yr old were able to walk to the beach and to other fun places. Restaurants were plentiful so we could come together for meals. Host was so helpful advising on other things to do and places to go due to the beach being closed for most of our trip (sharks and riptides). I RECOMMEND

Very nice house

Very clean very nice great communication only complaints we have is that the two bigger beds we're very hard not comfortable at all other then that would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Comfortable and easy stay close to the beach

Marie was incredibly helpful during the course of our stay with various questions that came about. She was quick to respond and went out of her way to make sure we were attended to. The walk to the beach is quick and easy for adults and teenagers, but we found it better to drive with our children under eight for their safety crossing the busy road. But we found parking to be easy. She supplied all the beach toys, boogie boards (3) and chairs (3) and shades that we would need. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again for future travel plans!

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a great time at Marie’s home! She was such a fantastic host, we wish we had more time to take the golf cart out for a spin! The beach access is on the other side of the road, so it’s a bit of a walk so you need to be careful with kids crossing! Marie communicated well and timely from beginning to end to make sure our stay was comfortable as possible! The kids loved the bunk beds, everything was updated and there were beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided! We hope to return to this home next year! Thanks again Marie!!

Relaxation!!!

My family really enjoyed our week in Florida. The privacy of being in a home verse condo, resort or hotel made it that much more relaxing for us. The home was clean and inviting and communication was great. We will for sure vacation here again if dates allow.

Great house and exceptional owner

While we were there the laundry machine broke and the owner replaced next day with a little help from my husband. She was very nice and always available for communication. The house was clean and very nice, quiet location, close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay there. I highly recommend it. 😊
