Amazing property

Very nice condo. Very comfortable and quiet, a few minutes away from the crowded downtown area. Supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The master shower was a refreshing bonus after a long day on the beach. Highly recommend a stay here.

Location was great! Beautiful views. We even saw a manatee and sea turtle in the water from our balcony. Communication with the owner was also great. Beds were comfy and the AC works well :)

Amazing Stay!

The property is actually BETTER than advertised . This unit does not look like your typical rental. It’s very updated, modern, well maintained and incredibly clean. Owner was great with communication. We had no issues during the stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable. All the fixtures are high end. I have never seen a rental unit with such high end amenities. Impeccably kept - no scuffs on the walls, baseboards were squeaky clean. Accent lighting throughout. Great pre-visit communication from the owner prior to our visit. I would give it 10 stars but VRBO limits me to 5. We will stay with Gary again. He is awesome!

Wonderful Condo!

Our stay here was wonderful! Everything was clean, comfortable, and we felt right at home. We had everything we needed and the complex was great! The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we we didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay! The host was very accommodating and answered any questions we had prior to our arrival. We look forward to booking here again in the future!

Beautiful and clean

Gary, the owner, was amazing. He is there with anything you need. The condo is beautiful and the view is absolutely gorgeous. The condo has everything you could possibly need. The check in process is easy. The elevators are fast. Great vacation!

Serenity at its Finest

Upon arrival, we were impressed with the overall appearance of this property. As others have stated, everything you was available to accommodate an extended stay. Amenities were exceptional and loved the decor. Gary, the owner, was available to answer my questions and very accommodating to our needs. Tropic Wind Part I Seabreeze

I plan to return to Tropic Winds for lodging during the Seabreeze Jazz Festival for the second time in 2025. Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo, lovely spacious balcony, beautiful beaches, and good security. Two miles from the festival venue.

Very comfortable

Great place for adults. The decor is beautiful but not really practical. Very clean and stocked with everything you need for a few days stay! My grown daughter and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The owner, Gary was easy to get in touch with and very nice.would definitely stay here again! Oh btw hopefully you have a smaller car-the parking space is scary/cramped. Even with that said 5 stars.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We were blown away with just everything about this property. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable experience all around. The boogie boards were a huge hit with the kids and the balcony views were unparalleled. We will DEFINITELY book here again! Oh and the towels were plush and the beds were super comfy!

Perfect!

We had a great stay. I think the condo is prettier than the pictures. It was probably too much room for my husband and I’s little getaway, but it was reasonably priced and on the “quiet” end of PCB. We loved having guaranteed parking with an assigned spot. Check in and check out was easy. It had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Perfect vacation condo

This property surpassed all expectations in every way! All the reviews were spot on. We loved the condo so much! This was our first time staying at Tropical winds. Compared to other condominiums we’ve stayed at in PCB, we really liked this one because of the super fast elevators and convenient parking underneath. Saved so much time coming and going! I also LOVED having a reserved parking spot all week. Just little things that really helped make our stay more enjoyable. My teens loved the outdoor cornhole set. They played daily before heading to the beach. The pool is really nice because it is indoor and outdoor, so it’s great if you need to take some breaks from the sun. If we got too hot at the beach, we would come up and take a break at the pool. It was nice and refreshing. The beach service is also very nice to have! The young men working the beach service were all so nice and polite. The beach was beautiful and well kept. Also a lot less crowded than others we’ve been too. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but did have a few random questions here and there and Gary was super responsive when I reached out. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!!!!

Beach Trip

We stopped at PCB for a few nights before heading down to St George Island. The condo was in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the extra touches such as beach towels for each guest and extra beach chairs. Would stay here again in the future and would highly recommend!

Best Condo On The Beach!

We have stayed in multiple condos in PCB trying to find the best one. We will be staying here from now on! This was by far the best condo that we have stayed in while at PCB. It is on the west side so you are able to escape most of the congestion that you find further down the beach. The condo itself was amazing. Gary shows that he cares about his property and his guests with this his attention to detail. This condo has everything you could need or want. Fully furnished kitchen with updated appliances. Bedrooms that are furnished with smart tv's, comfortable beds, and the best ceiling fans you could lay under. Living room and dining room that are furnished with current, great condition and comfortable furniture. The balcony has amazing views of the gulf and equipped with modern patio furniture that is also in great shape. We were able to sit and relax in the shade or watch as the storms rolled into the Gulf. The shower in the master bath... we will be remodeling our shower at home after this experience! The entire condo was updated and really made you feel like you were home. The facility itself was great also. Private parking with reserved spots and 3 elevators that actually work made getting to and from the room a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again!
