I’m sorry but I have to say it was overpriced for the things we found wrong with the home. Plugs that didn’t work, glass door wouldn’t shut completely, beds need updating, back gate heading to beach only opens from outside, not enough toilet paper, couldn’t find trash bags for trash can at pool. In other words, home needs a lot of TLC.

Felt like home

Above and beyond with supplying pool and beach accessories. Bunk bed room with closet water damage to ceiling. Some family members got sick and hope it was not from mold.

Dated sandcastle with new parts

At first glance all seemed like photos. Once walking through the door turned out to be smoke and mirrors. This home did have lots of updates but we’re not up to standard. Door knobs fell off curtain rods were all bent up and the furniture was just gross. Couches were filthy and worn out. Brown chair in den… pitiful. Beautiful soaker tub in master was unusable! Stopper was broken and hot water valve was messed up. Same with 3 rd floor shower. Valve was backwards which we figured out on day 3. Outdoor by the pool was neat. Again all worn out cushions on furniture and tables had bent legs and warped boards. Kitchen was furnished but at a bare minimum. Plenty of appliances but not much as far as cook wear. Two hand towels and two pot holders. I purchased and left a tea pitcher and baking sheet. Beds and bedding were nice. That was a huge plus. Tv and games were nice too! Pool was clean and a nice size! Lots and lots and lots of stairs!

Student Support Retreat

I booked this house for my work staff retreat. The house was exactly what was pictured. There was enough space for everyone. We the different areas we were able to meet in. The house was fully stocked for the initial start of our stay. The only thing we ran out of was garbage bags, There was a stale smell when we first walked into the house, but used a plug in and it was fine. The pool was a nice oasis. We loved the vibe of both outside patios. I'm really glad we booked this house.

Friends Beach Trip!

The property was beautiful! Very conveniently located. Not a far drive from most bars. Everything we needed was within a 5-15 minute drive at the most. Everything was exactly how it was in the listing. The check in screen was a plus because it had a lost of activities, restaurants, etc that we could look up and reviews to go along with. The check in screen also had a way to contact the property manager and send urgent requests. My friend group of 9 had more than enough space! We would definitely stay again. We actually enjoyed our trip so much that we extended an extra day! Thank you!

Location and pool!

Had a great stay with family on our spring break. Patio was awesome and so was the heated pool. Great space for a larger family with many amenities for everyone. Very close to almost everything and just a quick walk to beach. For people with trouble with stairs there is a bunch when going in and out but a good workout while enjoying the local foods!. Will definatly be on the list to return to for next year!

Good place for families

We had a large family gathering with members from 10 to 92. There is plenty of room to spread out with different activities to choose from. A room for all to gather would have been nice. The only downside were the steep entry steps. We figured out that the stairs in the garage were a good solution to getting up to the main floor. All in all, a good place to stay.

Family getaway

Te house was everything we could ask for. Plenty of room for everyone and a short walk to the beach. The pool was heated and clean. The game room was right next to the lounge area downstairs so we could keep an eye on the kids while relaxing.

Advertisement not accurate

Views of the property included a gazebo that did not belong to the property. Two members of our group could not access the beach as the walk was very uneven. It was thought that they would be able to sit on the gazebo and enjoy being on the beach with the family. They were not able to get to the beach but one day with all of the adults helping them to get there, Also there was no view of the ocean from the house eventho it was advertised as being on a short walk to the beach. It could be accessed by walking down Denny to the board walk. We were also disappointed that one of the beds had food in the covers and stain on the mattress cover. We had to wash these sheets before they could get to bed after an 8 hours drive to Panama Beach. We also had to buy shock for the pool as it was turning green( the pool cleaner came on Wednesday) before children could get into the pool. We also had to purchase washcloths so that everyone could shower. The space of the house and the kitchen were a good match for our large and growing family. It had plenty of games for the children and adults to play. The kitchen had ample pots, pans, dishes and shelf space. The laundry was conveniently located off the kitchen.

Family Vacation

Email contact only. Lead to believe a early check in was possible when it apparently was not an option. Was requested to not wear shoes in the home. Feet were black first day. Lower level floors were very sandy, dirty towels were on patio when we arrived. Space was great. Time with My Family PRICELESS.

Nice House

We enjoyed the house and amenities it offered indoors since it was cold outside some days. Host’s responses to a few issues while we were there were quick. We were disappointed at the giant hotel right in front of the house which blocks the view of the ocean/ beach. Lots of beach toys available for use which was nice to not have to bring/ buy extras.

Amazing!

We loved everything about this rental! It was quiet and cozy! They have everything you need to have an amazing time! The pool was awesome and the beach was amazing! The owners were caring and responded quickly! Housekeeping staff was so polite! We loved our stay and can’t wait to be down there again!
