Summerhouse

Everything was as listed online. The property was clean and had a beautiful view. The only thing we really had a problem with was we needed more bath towels. We end up using our own beach towels to shower with. And there was a 35 fee for parking and bands needed to use the gates that we didnt know about till we got there.

Great Condo

My husband and I rented this unit at Summerhouse. The location is great. The condo was very clean and furnished well. It had everything needed to make our stay in PCB a great time. We will definitely be back.

Mold

The unit needed to be updated and there was mold on the ceiling. Book that condo forgot to tell them we were coming so it took a while to check in because I had to call them and ask them to email the front desk at the place. Loved the pools and the views!

Overall it was a nice place to stay. I know there had been issues with waiting for an elevator but I had no issues at this property. The only thing I would say is my condo wasn't handicap friendly I didn't tell them I needed it. Other then that it was ok and nice to stay.

Would stay again

Property was just as stated. Beautiful views and sunsets in the beach. Pools were nice. Inside was plenty of room and clean except I felt the floors could of been a little cleaner. I would definitely stay again.

Great family experience

Great location for a family vacation. The amenities : game room with video arcade/pool, two large pools, hot tub and snow cone/snack station last part of trip. Beautiful sunsets. Awesome responsive staff/management. Definitely would stay again at Summerhouse Condos. Only thing about specific condo wasn’t super impressed with was the patio furniture could use little update and there were not oven mitts or hot pads at all. Thought that would be a basic thing with the panels etc there.

Perfectly Peaceful

I found this property as a beachfront/oceanside option to just relax and get away. It did just that! Just descend the building to go to the beach, which is not at all crowded. The people that were on the beach were very quiet and friendly. Lovely patio we stretched and ate at every day. Plenty of room, very quiet. Adorable, cozy, high-end beachy decor. I was even able to leave the patio door open and listen to the waves each night from my bedroom. There are also plenty of fun options, of which we did some, but the relaxation was the best. I would definitely come again!

Nice place to stay grounds clean and kept up staff on property very accommodating. Our condo was clean could use some updating but nice and view was wonderful! Would stay there again.

comfortable but lacking

My family first starting visiting the Summer House condos in 1983. We made some amazing memories here. The gazebo was tremendous for us when several of us started bringing our babies. Fast forward to my recent visit in 2021, this place hasn't changed at all, literally. The facility looks tired and outdated. broken tile throughout the property and on the pool. The unit looked as if I walked back from the 1980's. Same cabinets (which were physically in need of replacing) in the bathroom as well as kitchen. Grout needs replacing the front bathroom. The place was clean but appeared dirty because of the tired, worn down appearance. Unfortunately I was expecting a little more.

Great Place to stay

Everything went great! We loved our stay. The beds were really firm so if you like a softer bed I’d bring some extra blankets. Only real issue we had was the First day we contacted the owners to let them know the Wi-Fi was not connecting and there was no Roku remote for the living room TV. That was on Saturday when we arrived and on Tuesday maintenance had stopped by and the internet wifi password we was given was wrong but they didn’t leave a remote for the tv. I contacted them again and they only said maintenance had been notified. A really nice man named Shawn reached out and was trying to get them out there as soon as possible to bring us a remote and he touched base with us several times after to see if a remote had been brought to us. They never did bring the remote throughout our entire stay. Normally I would not have cared about the TV but our kids wanted to watch it and be on the wifi when we were in the condo at night.

!!The spectacular condominium!!, super cleanliness, the staff who take care of the pool area, super friendly, and friendly lobby people all very well the only downside was the elevator is under repair, how good it was that there were only 7 floors to go up 😅😅 out of there everything great without a doubt return thanks to all the staff of the company this is book that condo I do not remember his name but super friendly thank you.

Poor Follow through

The original listing had a/c issue so the company offered another property off the beach as an option. Our family decided to choose this option due to our 8 month old could no longer wait for the room. Upon arrival at the condo the sheets were not clean, and the entrice was very slipply. I notified the company multiple times for a larger placement receiving the response they would follow through and replace it. Our concern fell on deaf ears as nothing happened. Our son had a fall due to the slippy surface, fortunately it was minor injury but it could have been prevented if they had followed through with my request. I will never book another room with this company again.
