This is our third time staying at this house and you cannot beat the location and private beach. Having the ice machine in the house is a luxury as well!

Beautiful unit!!! Very clean and beautifully remodeled! Family really enjoyed playing pool in the community room. Very nice condo and well kept! Definitely will be going back.

We’ve stayed at this home multiple times now and it’s always been a great experience! The location truly cannot be beat. The hosts are communicative and easy to work with. The home itself is well stocked with the necessities and the owners go above and beyond by providing watercrafts and beach toys for extra fun. We brought along our dog for this trip and the fully fenced yard was a lifesaver. If you’re headed to 30A, this home is an excellent choice.

Enjoyed our stay at the house. Great location, quiet neighborhood, not crowded. Decorated so cute and felt very welcoming. It accomodated our family of four. Super clean and had everything that we needed. Had a couple of minor things that needed attention and the owner took care of them immediately. Excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time! We had never stayed on this end of PCB but absolutely loved it!! A super short walk to the private beach. Even during the week of July 4th it was never crowed!! One of the things we enjoyed the most was the ice machine… we filled our coolers everyday before heading to the beach and never had to make a trip to the store to buy ice!!! Stephen was a fantastic host! Would definitely recommend this home and can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!!!

Overall the rental is nice. The rental was clean on the inside however the outside area and deck needs to be updated. Being across the beach I am sure it is a never ending job of keeping the outside areas in good shape. The grill was almost inoperable and should be replaced. The backyard is small and needs to be landscaped. The rental came pretty much furnished with everything we needed. The ice maker and large refrigerator was a plus. The owner was very courteous and replied quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Thanks for your supporting first responders and letting us rent your property.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The beach was never crowded, we had plenty of parking, and we didn't have to wait on any elevators! What a completely wonderful way to spend the week! The walk to the beach is short and pleasant and traffic was never bad/heavy when trying to cross the road. The house was cute and clean. The ice maker was a wonderful suprise! We were able to load our coolers all week and never had to buy ice. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

What an incredible place for a family vacation. Amazing location right in front of a private beach. This house was extremely comfortable and clean and had every amenity you could possibly want. The beverage station with ice maker was perfect. We brought our blender so it was great to always have fresh filtered ice nuggets for our smoothies and coladas. Comfortable beds and living room and adorable beach-themed decor. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and the dog beach was a close drive. The outdoor hot/cold shower was AMAZING and made it easy to wash off the beach before going back inside. Plus there is an extra hose if you just wanted to rinse your feet quickly. 10 minutes to the beautiful Rosemary Beach area or 10ish minutes to the bustling Panama City and dog beach, or just stay where you are and enjoy the quiet private beach and comfortable home away from home! Steve and Amanda, the owners, are amazing hosts. We can tell they love this house and now we do too!!

Perfect location across from the beach with unobstructed view and walk to the beach. Close to everything but far enough away to not be crowded. Perfect rental for a relaxing beach getaway. House had all the extras for the beach(chairs, cart, boards, cooler, etc.) Had everything you would need inside.Will recommend and stay again.

I’m not one to complain too much but I felt the place was very ran-down. The biggest thing for us was how dirty the place was. The floors, cabinets, and bedding was not very clean, if cleaned at all. The sofa and chair was so dirty and smelt so bad, we have to cover it to even sit down. All the extras advertised were destroyed or in very bad condition. Location is great but we will not be back.

This property worked well for our family of four plus one fur baby. It is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and most of all the private beach. We did haa ad be the jelly fish come at the end of the week so having the kayaks to use was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Shore Thing is in a great location- in Sunnyside and directly across from the private beach access. The home is in excellent condition and has a modern kitchen. Well stocked with pots and pans, a working washer/dryer, and a great backyard with a gas grill and cornhole game. I highly recommend this home.

We really liked the convenience of the beach path right across the street, and the house was neat and tidy, with a great backyard for dogs. The large walk in master shower is a real bonus. Beach was quiet and not crowded at all. Easy driving to great restaurants in PCB and Rosemary.

We had a great time! They had everything you need for the beach including chairs, toys for kids and adults, and even an ice chest. I would highly recommend this place! It’s right across the street from the beach. The beach is not ever crowded and it was so relaxing. Thanks for sharing your place with our family. We had a blast!

My family (2 adults + 3 kids + dog) had a great vacation at this property. The bedrooms worked out perfectly for us, and the location was super convenient to the beach! The fenced in backyard was awesome for the dog, so we didn't have to always take her out on a leash. Also loved the front enclosed room to keep all the sandy stuff, and there was a ton of toys, chairs, cooler, cart, etc. for our use, so no need to bring our own. The open living area was nice too, with a large table and comfy sofa and chair. The primary bathroom large shower was awesome. Adding one additional comfy chair to the TV area is the only improvement I can think of. We will definitely plan to stay here again! Close to the crazy/fun of PCB, but nice and calm on this strip of beach. Close to good restaurants and grocery store.

Our stay at Sunnyside was excellent! The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive. The check in process was so smooth. The owner contacted us as soon as the property was clean and we were able to arrive early. The place was exactly as described. We enjoyed the open floor plan and kitchen. You could not beat the location and closeness to the beach!

The property is a 30-second walk to the beach! Our adult family of 6 with two dogs had a great stay, plenty of room inside and in the fenced-in back yard and front deck that has a great view of the beach. At night, sitting on the front deck or in the backyard is very relaxing listening to the waves. The property owner is extremely responsive, professional and helpful. The price was perfect. A great deal,!!

You can’t beat the location of Shore Thang on the west end of PCB where the crowds are few and the dolphins are numerous. The unobstructed view of the gulf from the house is amazing. Just a few steps across the street and you are on the beautiful white sand beach. Although away from the busyness of the strip, there are many great restaurants and shopping nearby; we love Bayoe Bill’s Crab House and Thomas Donuts. Steve and Amanda are great property owners and are always quick to respond to any issues or questions. All things considered, staying at Shore Thang equals a prefect vacation to the worlds most beautiful beaches!
