The property and area was fantastic. The front desk staff was very helpful. Our room had a very strong odor we couldn't quite get taken care of even with staff, but there wasn't another room to accommodate us.The maintenance man kept saying he didn't smell anything when all for of us clearly did. Other than that, the views were great and area was very nice.

Club Wyndham

Club Wyndham is a great place to stay. Excellent communication with the VRBO host and easy check-in process with Club Wyndham. Be aware that the condo may not look exactly like the pictures. We were in a 2 bedroom unit that was not updated and looked nothing like the photos in this listing. We had stayed at Club Wyndham before, so we were aware of this & were not surprised. Just temper your expectations accordingly. The unit we stayed in was still just fine and had an AMAZING view of the mountains. Overall, great stay!

Great stay, great price

I was a little worried as I’ve never stayed in a timeshare and I was worried about why this place was so much less than other properties nearby. Turned out fantastic, much more akin to staying in a hotel than my past experiences. Good location, loved having a big shower and a soaking tub

Wonderful stay in Pagosa springs

We had a great time the rental was very nice & clean. However the photos used were not photos of this particular unit so I was surprised to see 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds instead of a queen that was pictured. Great location Wonderful amenities!! Loved the pool hot tub and the gym!! They even offered yoga classes!

Friendly staff and excellent location

We enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently located and the lodging was nice. Staff was very friendly. The only one that was not was the lady with long brown hair at the front desk of the gym/pool area. She was the only one that did not match the vibe as the rest of the staff at the resort. No smile and very direct. It wouldn’t stand out if the rest of the staff was also like that. Outside of her, everyone else was great! The upstairs area was colder than the downstairs area but we dealt with it. The hot tub faucet was loose when we tried it the first time but I brought it up to the front desk guy and he was very accommodating. When you have friendly people, no matter what the problems are, it always smooths itself out and leaves a good taste in your mouth to want to stay again.

Great Condo

Great location

The condo itself was mostly clean. Serious issue with cobwebs. Unfortunately, I had no idea we would be on the third floor which was very difficult for my mother. In the effort of being cheap and efficient this timeshare location left you without any soap in the kitchen. But, the view of this specific location far more than made up for it. The view over the pond was amazing. Animals everywhere to watch.

Nice place

Nice setting in relaxing area. The unit was larger than I thought it would be and had all things you would expect with a VRBO site. We will book again if we return to Pagosa Springs.

Wonderful unit and great location

Perfect location for a quick ski trip. Communication was AWESOME! Only, con is that the listing says 2 double beds in the second bedroom. Our condo had a queen that could not be split into 2 beds. My daughter ended up on the pullout sofa which was fine, just not ideal. Thanks!

Nice and roomy!

I didn’t realize when I booked that this was two units connected through an adjoining door or that is was handicap accessible. But it worked out great with our kids - they enjoyed their “own place” and it meant there was lots of room. The unit was clean and well stocked. We were able to comfortably cook some meals and had all the basics we needed. Would certainly recommend!

Perfect Pagosa Springs Property

This was an amazing stay! Family of four with two teenagers and we were all very comfortable here. Beds and showers were great. Layout in main room was exactly what we wanted for family time. Everyone was super nice and we were not crowded at all. Great location to ski Wolf Creek.

High in the sky

Had nice time, however there was never any communication about property that we were staying on was on the 3rd floor. We are both over 65 and it was all I could do to get myself up to the VRBO let alone help with luggage.

Nicely Updated and Great Value

We stayed in January 2024 to ski Wolf Creek. This place is great. Nicely updated, spacious, very clean and a great value! I highly recommend and Will definitely stay again.
