-Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset aftereach guest's stay.

-Security camera details: There is a surveillance camera installed off of the back deck, which looks at the yard and river. It is always on and does not record sound.

- Shipping to Pagosa - most vacation homes DO NOT have local mail delivery. Please contact us if you need to ship something.

-This home does not have central A/C - Colorado cooling style only.

- No parties or number of people staying than what is paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund.

- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age.

- City and state taxes, in addition to the cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees.
