"The condo was more than we expected , beds comfortable , plenty of pillows , great location . Gas grill was perfect for cooking steaks and trout we caught at village lake. Three women each had our own bathroom !!! Heather was wonderful to work with will definitely stay here again !! "

"The only bad thing was that this is a 2nd floor condo with one level above. The unit above was rented (or it was an owner) but we could hear them walking and running. The last night there was nobody there and it was delightful. Perhaps advising renters that there are people above and below and to be considerate."

"Nice large condo for our family of 12 .. beside the bunk beds room, there was a trundle and a little loft room above that. It was a quiet location so we may have been the rowdy ones. I wish that we would have had a little more views in the evenings but we truly were always going somewhere. 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and then 3rd floor bunk room is perfect for a large family. We came as a memorial trip for our parents. Pagosa Sp was our parent’s favorite place and spent all their summers there....

"We arrived to find out the condo wasn’t clean and ready yet. The gentleman was so kind and the place was spotless when we arrived. You text to let me know that it was ready to go. Totally recommend this condo for its local and its overall appearance. Maybe get a new coffee pot. That coffee pot leaked all over the counter."

"The condo was wonderful and there was even a bonus room in the loft with a king size bed. Very clean and well-kept. The location was ideal and we enjoyed the Hot Springs, nature walks, as well as the local theater, Thingamajig. "

"From beginning to end, smooth process. Great location, close to town and activities. Rental was clean and just like it was listed in pictures. Had one small hiccup, but manager was very quick to respond. Also, love that our furkids were welcome! Highly recommend this rental! "
