Four couples traveling in the midst of a winter storm made for some stressful times but we finally arrived to a little slice of heaven. The house is VERY well appointed. The best that I’ve vacationed in. Lots of dishes, paper towels, linens, spices, oils, trash bags, laundry soap, etc. We were there 10 days and the house manager was excellent. Great communication before and during our stay. The only suggestion that I could make would be for the pool to be heated. The sun barely hit the pool during the time of year we there so it couldn’t warm it up. Cold plunge anyone? We did! (At least once).Monkeys and iguanas were seen daily in the vegetation around the house which was fun to observe. The house lacks nothing so if you want to vacation in St. Maarten this is the place!

I can’t say enough good things about this villa and the host. The pictures are great but the views are truly incredible. This was our 3rd trip to St Maarten and we decided to invite a few couples to join us. The home was spacious, clean, well maintained and exceeded our expectations. You will not be disappointed!!!

Villa Fantome was amazing! Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay. There were great personal touches, like sending someone to meet us at the airport and guide us to the villa, special welcome gifts, and attentive service from the always available house manager Nataesha. The house was absolutely spotless, and the housekeeping team was great. They serviced the house twice during our week-long stay. The villa provided a useful guide for places to visit and restaurant recommendations all around the island. The careful renovations that were completed at this villa were well done. They also recommended caterers and we enjoyed 3 different chef-catered meals- a grazing table/ appetizers meal, a plated served dinner party and a brunch feast. While we had hope to dine outside, we happened to catch a windy week and we were happier taking meals indoors, which worked out great. We also had the recommended Steel Pan Drum musician and that was a highlight of the trip! So much fun! It was so helpful to have a set of vetted vendors so we didn't have to sort through the options on our own. Gabi the owner was always super helpful by email as well. Special shout out to the Lilly Pulitzer home accents- loved it! Seriously- no complaints about this place. You'll need to know there are stairs to get to the pool level, the studio suite if using, and the upstairs primary suite. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more.

Flawless and beautiful! Everything about this trip was perfect from the first time I contacted the host (Gabi) to working with the property manager (Natesha) and finally the cleaning crew.Gabi was very responsive and answered every question we had quickly and honestly. There were no surprises, other than the fact the property was even more beautiful than the pictures.Natesha took the time to show us the property upon arrival and was very thorough. Thorough enough that we really didn't need anything through the week and it helped us relax and enjoy our trip.The cleaning crew came in twice during the week and went above and beyond what we thought they would do. It was nice to come back to a clean villa after a long daytrip.Do yourself a favor and contact Gabi to make this your next stay. You’ll be glad you did.

The most amazing vacation we've ever had!. We were a group of 12 adults/adult children. The house exceeded our expectations which were high. The house was clean, spacious and beautiful. The views from every room were outstanding. The communication by Gabi and Natesha were excellent. They both helped us with anything we needed. They help coordinate dinner reservations and beach club reservations when we had trouble getting through on the phone. Their hospitality was exceptional. We really felt at home for the week we were there.I would highly recommend the Villa Fantome. You will not regret it!

The villa was spectacular. Not only did it have a ton of space, but the layout enabled our group to spend time together, but areas where you could just relax. The villa is well equipped with everything we needed. We have a large family, so we always stay in a vacation home when traveling and hands down this was the best experience. Communication prior to our trip was the best I have ever had. Gabi was so responsive and provided amazing recommendations. We followed her guide from preordering groceries to the restaurants, to the perfect beach locations, and even an incredible sunset catamaran cruise. We were not disappointed. What I loved the most were the personal touches throughout our stay that really made us feel like we were welcome guest in someone’s home not just renting a space. Thank you Gabi and your whole team!

Amazing!

The house was stunning. We took a group of 10 with us and all had plenty of space, large rooms and comfortable beds. The pool was fantastic with the most beautiful view. We will be back and would love to stay at the Villa Funtime again.

Villa Fantastic

We had 8 on the trip from the US and UK. The villa has everything and is treated like a hotel stay with multiple cleanings and fresh flowers and Villa Fantome gift bags and carry totes in each room. There is Villa Fantome branding throughout and story book of its history. The house is beautifully decorated with great art work and art coral coffee table pieces. The interior and exterior architecture is exquisite and the flooring is a beautiful marble throughout and the bedding and towels are 5 star hotel. Beautiful sitting spaces throughout and very spacious. High end furniture throughout. The pool and pool chases are a wonderful home escape for the chill days. The views are fantastic throughout the villa. The closest town Phillipsburg has great shopping restaurants and a very nice beach just ten mins drive. We did a private catamaran trip and had private Chef Laura do a dinner at the villa. Great place and island. Highly recommend.

Gabi has created a beautiful home! Very nice kitchen, baths, beds, well stocked, lovely home! Daryl and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great attention to detail, Gabi provides a great guest experience! Truly enjoyed the photo book, amazing transformation from the storms.

Beautiful home

The house was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. There were so many amenities it felt like you were staying at a hotel. We stayed for 10 days so the house was cleaned three times. I highly recommend staying here.

February stay at Villa Fantome

We spent a week with 8 friends in Sint Maarten and stayed at Villa Fantome. The property was better than advertised. It really was a beautiful villa and the views were spectacular. The property manager, Daryl, was a pleasure to work with and the owner even connected us with a private chef to come in and cook for us one evening. It was an experience we won’t forget and I would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Paradise found

Villa is everything it claims to be. Beautiful property, views, and great "jumping off" location to orient beach and other areas of interest. Only drawbacks were (1)the non-heated pool but that wasn't promised. It was very windy the weeks we were there (end of january) And (2) it wasn't an easy walk to beach. That said, it is an amazing property and the owners and villa manager are very easy to access.

A Wonderful Chritmas Stay!
