The house was perfect space for 9 of us. The private pool was a nice touch but it was a little uncomfortable with having neighbors next to us that could see us. I also suggest making sure if you stay here to wear shoes at all times because the tile floor and carpet will make your feet black because it’s that dirty unfortunately. If you are traveling to magic kingdom, discovery cove and epic universe their VRBO posting says minutes away but with heavy traffic except anywhere from 30-45 minutes one way!!!

Room needed A LOT of of work, ourlets didn't work, no wifi for the first few days, his in the walk, damage to blinds, black mold and pubic hair in showers, towels stained, not impressed. We paid a lot to stay for 7 days and asked for a discount for no wifi and was denied. Won't return.

Everything was great from booking to check in to check out. Communication was quick and easy. The home was clean and just as described. I had one small problem with the pool latch and text the number as instructed and received a response quickly. Overall a great place for families. Lovely property,in an ideal location for the close proximity of the parks. The pool was always bathed in sunshine. Excellent community facilities. Communications with the home management was superb for every step of the way.

The house was great! Had a problem at first with couple TVs (living room and one upstairs) as if someone messed with the color display. House was very clean, and everything was as described in the rental listing, down to every photo in the listing. Kitchen had literally everything you may possibly need! Was nice to have a washer and dryer! Outlets in the bathrooms did not work..one inconvenience..had to dry my hair in the bedroom. As for the subdivision this house was in: the gates were always open. Didn't matter which one, the entrance or the exit, one or a lot of times both were open in different times of the day/night. No security guard . Absolutely loved the house though! The concrete divider between the properties so you can't see the pool beside of you was great! Would have been nice if there was some kind of a wall/curtain to be more private from the neighbors across. Was quiet for almost our entire stay, except for one night when neighbors next door decided to have a very loud party until 3am. It seemed to be taken care of later. There was noone to get a hold of, local police had to be called in. The stay was worth the price. Very convenient location close to dining, shopping, parks!

Close to Disney and Universal

Townhouse is as pictured in the listing. Rental company was easy to communicate with. Master bed was super comfortable. Location close to Disney and Universal. Walk to waterpark and clubhouse wasn’t far. Access into community and townhouse was easy. Plenty of parking space available. No issues with the wifi or connectivity. However, property can be cleaned a little better. Floors were quite dirty leaving socks or bare feet black. Kitchen can be a little more equipped. Starter essential package wasn’t enough. A lot of things we needed to buy but difficult as they don’t come in small quantities and were either wasted or lugged back with us.

The place did the job for us. There were some minor issues with the property like the couch being broken but overall we had a positive stay. There were minimal supplies so make sure to bring everything that you will need, like salt and pepper.

We loved this property. It was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space, but still offered a gathering place. The little private pool was the perfect size. We also loved the amenities of tge larger community pool/mini golf. Lots of safe areas to go for our evening walks and plenty of places to fish. We caught some good sized bass! Other people mentioned the coffee maker didn't work, but it was actually the outlets on the wall behind the stove. Once we moved the coffee maker to the island, it was great. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful memories.

The property is located in a great neighborhood with theme parks and shopping nearby. The kids also enjoyed the onsite water park. We have visited the Orlando area many times and stayed in several homes, but this was one of our favorites. The property manager also went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay here again. The only issue was the rear entry gate to the community, which was not working the majority of the time.

We loved this property. Family of 5 stayed very comfortably. Close to Disney, Sea World etc. Experienced small problem with wifi not working. Notified management and they sent someone out right away. Only complaint was not enough towels, toilet paper etc. for a family of 5, we went and bought our own TP. But we would definitely stay here again. Excellent property

The photo of the pool was inaccurate, it was a very small plunge pool. The house had dirty dishes, dirty pots and pans in the cupboard. The floor was also dirty. Some of the bed sheets were torn and there were broken lamps in the bedrooms. Many gouge marks on the walls.i spent my first day cleaning this unit.

Family vacation

The condo was very nice for my family, worked out well for Auntie and her young family. pros- great parking, close to anything you need, kids loved the pool, it was heated as I paid extra. Plenty of paper products and cleaning to get you started. Cons- sheets were very thin and worn, pillows were also very cheap and flat, every pillow in the place was the same. Outdoor patio furniture not as pictured, no loungers and they are in the photos, padding on benches were replaced and did not fit correctly. I sent message regarding loungers missing and was told property is what it is. No dish towels, no plastic dishes for young children. We made it all work, this was my first VRBO so I learned a lot. All and all I would recommend this condo.

Disappointed

Upon arrival we could not get through the check in gate with the bar codes provided. Our entire stay we had to.piggy back someone else who could actually get through. Shower had hairs in it and an 18 inch long piece of the shower was broken. Indid let manager know. Very cheap towels for showers and no washcloths at all in any of the bathrooms. Most disappointing aspect was I paid 40 dollars a day up front to have the heated pool for the kids. The heater was never turned on. Verified by neighbors and pictures i sent to management asking for a refund of my money i paid since it wasnt heated. Then the runaround started. They werent in charge, theyd let someone know blah blah blah. Finally when i said id hold off on the review they said someone would contact me right away...never happened. So im out the 160 bucks and the kids never got to swim because the water was 62 degrees. Neighbors said theyve heard of this practice a lot with rental properties. As it is very expensive to heat the pools...then dont offer this service. We wouldve went somewhere else.

Great Location

Great location to the Disney Parks. Overall very clean place and property manager is responsive. The pool area looks cool- it was too cold to use for this trip but hopefully we can book another staybin the future and play in the pool area.
