Overall, great stay no problems with checking in or checking out very clean nice And neat all accommodations were accurate, the only suggestion I would have is more comfortable mattress in the master bedroom and couches were not comfortable other than that everything was perfect!

This was our first time to ever use VRBO. The location was perfect for our futsal tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. Also convenient to everything else we did for the week. A few things were noted on day one like a previous tenant had broken a tray in the fridge and left it on top so I called to ensure we were not to blame and also our refrigerator was leaking water. The maintenance person came straight up and fixed it immediately. All in all the space was perfect for our family size and the view of the pond and fireworks at night from our balcony was nice!

The condo was roomy and overall nice. Location was great for just about any plans in Orlando. Pools were nice and the water temperature was perfect. Kitchen could be better stocked( no oven mitts, icecream scoop, pizza cutter, etc...) and would of been nice to have more than the absolute bare minimums for soap,dishwasher soap, paper towels and toilet paper. With that said, I would stay again as the pluses out numbered the minuses.

Overall our stay was really enjoyable, however when we first arrived there was no power in our building. Due to this we needed to carry all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs in the 95 degree heat and we did not have air conditioning. The resort, though, did a great job of working hard to get the power back on and it was on by 8:30 that first night. Otherwise, the place was really clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool area.

Place was huge. 3 bedrooms, dining room, huge huge living room. I will start with negatives. Broken dining room chair. Dishwasher was rusty. Dishwasher/washer/dryer/toaster, looked like they were on their last legs and washer was broke. Also the kitchen doesn't have a lot in it for being three bedrooms. Not a lot of plates, not even filters for coffee machine... That being said I would still give it 5 stars because of how nice the place was and how clean it was plus the pool area and the other parts like fitness room were well maintained. Some people might be pickier about the appliances or needing extras in the kitchen.

Overall this property was great. Just a few suggestions to make it amazing. First, the door was poorly sealed so every time the elevator opened or another unit opened their door, the air pressure would make our door open a tiny bit which created a loud sound like someone was opening the door. This woke me up in the middle of the night many times and scared me. Second, the washer and dryer are very old and could be replaced. Only used them to dry bathing suits and towels. Highlight of the unit is the balcony overlooking the lake.

This condo is an excellent location close to everything. The staff on site are all very friendly and helpful. The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing! We loved our week stay here and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Orlando

We spent a week at vista cay for a swim meet. Condo was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was busy. Enjoyed walking trail. The full kitchen was great but could have used some additional supplies like dish towels, coffee filters and some other basics.
