"Location is absolutely stunning with beach views from balcony of the living room , Dreamy . House is nice , but with lot of COCKROACHES everywhere. Mainly in kitchen . I had one on me while sleeping . Amenities are old and house is dusty . Needs a deep clean and most important is pest control . There were no coffee pods , sugar and dustbin bags. Need a mat in bathroom . Bedrooms only had weak bed lights . Internet is very slow . Could not stream anything on tv . They could have kept some games...

"The property is beautiful, but for us it was really not clean. We found sticky kitchen floors, dirty sheets on the beds, dirty carpets, empty bottles in cupboard, etc. We think this is to blame on the cleaners, not the owner.Ralph was easy to contact and helpful.Everything else was as advertised - unbeatable views from the balcony, very convenient location, plenty of space and a cozy fireplace."

"Lovely property right across the road from Beautiful Sawtell Beach. Well stocked Kitchen right down to POD Coffee Machine with available POD's and fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Easy walk into the main street, where all the restaurants and coffee shops are."
