Just like the ad’s photos. Warm townhouse with a brilliant outlook. Quiet neighbours, no road noise and two off road car parks. Well equipped throughout. Tastefully decorated. Excellent position, right behind the best beach in town, which is dog friendly. Just don’t walk dogs through the wetlands. Easy check in with responsive and accommodating host.

Wonderful Time

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the views from the back deck are incredible. There was a slight hiccup at check in but it was resolved quickly and our host was very helpful and gracious. The property is very private, the kitchen is well equipped and the beach is only a five minute walk away. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We loved staying here. The house is a short walk to the beach through the dunes. The facilities are good but fairly basic. Outlook is lovely

Quiet stay in great location

Peaceful and relaxing

The Outlook is a lovely place to stay, welcoming and a lovely bird watching site. Kitchen has all equipment you could use.Beds super comfortable. Internet would be a welcome addition.Great access to beach and shops, yet very private

Great location 100m from the beach

Had a lovely week here in Jan 2025 with the family. House was a perfect location for the beach and the town of Bermagui. House had everything we needed - make sure to take a hairdryer though. Beds were comfortable and showers were good too.

Lovely stay close to the beach

The property is across the bridge from the main town and close to the beach. There is a lovely cafe near by and we really enjoyed our stay. WiFi would have been helpful and the place doesn’t seem to be used much. We would definitely stay here again. Having towels and linen provided made the stay even more relaxing.

Relaxed contemporary home overlooking estuary and sea at Bermagui

We had a great stay. Holly was particularly helpful at every stage. The home is well equipped, very comfortable and overlooking the coastal vegetation from the back door to the nearby beach. No internet provided but good TV reception and DVD player. Two spacious queen size double beds with nearby bathrooms. Bermagui itself is a great place to stay and explore the Sapphire Coast and hinterland.

Great Stay!

Property was exactly as described and was a joy to holiday in. Everything needed was there. Easy walk to beach, wetlands, river, cafes, general store, service station. Will be back in the future!

Great break in perfect location

A wonderful quick break away (2 adults, 2 kids and one dog) Lovely sunny spot - an easy stroll to the beach through a grassy path. Sunrise was magical. Easy walk into town (12-15 mins). Unit was clean, and had everything we needed (we enjoyed the no wifi and came prepared with lots of games & books, plus our own DVD to use in the property player) Communication & check in super easy. V happy to recommend.

Fabulous view from this cosy little unit! Disappointing not to have Wifi but I should have checked … just presume it’s a given. Also no hairdryer or milk provided! Little extras make a big difference.

Bermagui Gem

Beautifully situated next to wetland reserve. A good base for the Sculpture Exhibition weekend. Disappointed that despite a venue description which included a TV, the signal for TV was so bad we couldn't watch anything incl. our favorite show of the week. Also disappointing was that the host was unresponsive to our text and voicemail and email communication efforts during our entire stay.

Great beachside retreat

Stayed in Bermagui for a wedding weekend. This townhouse was an easy walk into town but away from the noise and traffic. 100m walk through the coastal scrub and dunes to the beach and best coffee right on the corner. Plenty of room for 5 adults, lovely and relaxing inside and out.

Tv did not work. No wifi. The property has dead and alive ants and spiders everywhere. We needed to use the pest spray which I do not like doing especially in the bedroom. Otherwise the location was great for our needs and the beach was just over the dunes.
