Rare for Sydney stays the beech was a beautiful walk with a club and cafe close by (a hop and a skip) you can enjoy a meal at the club or cook your own plenty...

"Overall lovely property at a convenient location. We stayed 4 nights with our kids n dog and we enjoyed the stay. There is a separate rental attached to the house ( like a duplex). Andy was very prompt in helping out with any needs or missing staples from pantry.Kids enjoyed the games room however the air con doesn’t work in there and it did get very hot after a while.Air con in the lounge spills out water ( evaporative?) and the water bowl will need to be emptied every so often in a day. "Host was welcoming and the property was in a lovely area.Unfortunately the property had a bad smell when first entered and the entry was tiny.I cannot see how the entryway was to Australian fire standards, which made me feel unsafe throughout my stay.The property was neat and clean."
