"The property was in a very run down and unsafe area. I was not comfortable once I actually drove to the property and ended up making other arrangements. The VRBO post did not accurately show the area and the level of comfort or safety one should expect. And when we made the decision it was not safe to stay there, the host was completely unwilling to work with me to recover any of our spend. I am encouraging you think very hard about this property. "Firstly, Host is terrible about communicating, we received check-in information 30 minutes after it was supposed to be given which was not even provided until the time you are allowed into the house making traveling there to arrive at check in very difficult.
