"The location of this property was very ideal. We stayed for the fourth of july weekend and were able to walk to Lake Eola and enjoy the fireworks. It was also very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay.However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of some of the furnishings. The furniture appeared dirty, and I found hair on the floors and inside the bathroom drawers. "Property was beautiful, clean, and super close to Epic Universe, which was a main part of our trip to Orlando! We stayed three days in this lovely gated community condo. It was well stocked and in good repair. The location was wonderfully close to a Publix, the freeway (I-4), and Universal. The only caution was the beautiful, wall to wall tiled floors are super slippery when wet, so dry your feet well after showering and/or wear flip flops! Thank you for a beautiful stay!!"

"Check- in was quick and easy. Beautiful property, rooms were spacious comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen had everything. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to use the balcony. We had a wonderful stay. If we knew that there was a fee for the use of the pool table, we would have included it in our budget. The host was easy to give help if we needed it."

There's a love seat and a couch... they do not pull out.
