The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was simple, and the host communicated clearly the entire time. The location was convenient and made the stay easy and stress-free.

The property and location were great. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness. Several of the dishes were put away with food particles on them. The wine glasses had a film on them and had to be washed before use. The floors appeared clean and swept but as we settled in, it became obvious the floors were not cleaned thoroughly. I had to scoot the sofa a few inches to retrieve a puzzle piece and there was trash, hair, dust and dirt. One of the bath towels hanging on the towel rack had a big glob of something which was discovered when we first arrived. We cooked quite a bit and I appreciated the quality of the pots and pans and the fact that the knives were sharp. There was an excellent variety of cookware. Overall we had an excellent stay and I look forward to returning. I highly recommend this property. The cleaning crew needs to be more thorough.

Overall very nice stay. Place was mostly clean and had some issues with a bed but the texting app had taken care of that for us and was very prompt in responses. One thing I do wish was advertised was that there is no elevator as my mother is disabled and traveling up and down four flights of stairs daily was very hard on her. Otherwise great stay! Definitely recommend!

Loved staying here and management was very responsive! Apartment was clean and spacious with beautiful city views. The building itself and the outside areas could use some cleaning/maintenace/upkeep (there were a lot of spiders’ webs and siding of building was dirty). Overall, I would stay here again as the inside was neat and welcoming and management was responsive and helpful.

Concert stay

Great spot for a couple of days for a concert. For the most part, it was ready for our arrival. The floors did not appear to be cleaned at all (not swept/vacuumed or mopped). Parking was no issue. We could hear the people who were above us each night, the ceilings are high and the sound carried.

The place is wonderful!!!

My friend and I planned a girl trip only to Nashville. The place was clean, nicely decorated. The walls were a bit thin (supplied ear plugs) and the bedrooms could have used black out curtains. Nashville traffic is always congested. But we found the location to be perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back...

Beautiful place!

This place is beautiful. So well designed and so roomy. I believe we were the first to stay here. The fridge was not working for the first couple of days. That was inconvenient, but we made due. It is on the 4th floor and no elevator except for a wheelchair lift. Good exercise for sure. The master bedroom needs blackout curtains as the lights from the top shine in too bright and the shades aren’t enough to block it. The beds are great. We would definitely stay again.
