    The Space:

    Broadway Breakaway, is a multi-level townhome in a row-style community, designed for group trips that want room to hang, reset, and do Nashville right. The open-concept main level makes it easy to cook, toast, and keep everyone together—without feeling on top of each other.



    Up top, the rooftop is your private after-hours HQ: soak in the premium hot tub, put the game on the TV, and post up with dining and lounge seating for day-to-night vibes. It’s the kind of setup that turns “one more drink” into “we’re staying in tonight.”



    When it’s time to recharge, the home offers 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (en-suite layout) plus additional sleeping in the living area. Parking is simple with a private 2-car garage and free street parking. Note: stairs are required (multiple interior levels plus rooftop), so it may not be the best fit for guests who prefer minimal stair use or families with very young children.

    Guest Access:

    Check-in is simple with smart locks. Before your arrival, we’ll send detailed instructions with your door codes, directions to the unit, and any access info for shared amenities or parking. Please review these notes ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival.



    The Neighborhood:

    Cumberland Heights is a newer pocket on the east side of Nashville with a fresh, modern feel and quick access to the city’s biggest attractions. The neighborhood sits near the Cumberland River and continues to grow with new builds, local projects, and an evolving mix of places to eat, drink, and explore.



    Guests like Cumberland Heights for the convenience: you’re a short ride to downtown/Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and the East Nashville dining scene, without staying in the center of the tourist corridor. Rideshares are typically fast and reliable, and you can be back home quickly after a night out.



    It’s an ideal location if you want a comfortable, polished retreat with easy access to Nashville’s energy—while still having a little breathing room at the end of the day.



    Getting Around:

    The neighborhood borders the Cumberland River and allows for easily accessible Ubers/Lyfts to enter downtown and the main attractions that Nashville boasts! The house comes with a two car garage connected to the home and also plenty of free street parking to accommodate multiple vehicles.



    Other Things to Note:

    ★Smoke-Free Home & Community★

    In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or any common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.



    ★Supplies & Essentials★

    We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.



    ★Families & Baby Gear★

    Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play and baby gate (in homes with stairs) available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.



    ★Maintenance & Repairs★

    Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.



    ★Trash Disposal★

    All trash must be bagged and securely tied before disposal. Trash must be taken outside and placed in the trash cans located outside of the townhouse garage. Please do not leave trash inside the unit, garage, hallways, or any shared areas during your stay.



    ★Stairs & Multi-Level Layout★

    This townhome spans three interior floors plus a rooftop outdoor space, and stairs are required to access the bedrooms, living areas, and rooftop. Because of the multi-level layout, the home may not be the best fit for guests with mobility considerations, those who prefer minimal stair use, or families traveling with very young children who may be sensitive to frequent stair climbing.



    ★Large Groups & Double Booking Option★

    Traveling with a bigger group? If your party is larger than 12, please message us before booking. We also host a sister townhome just one unit away, and when booked together, the two homes can accommodate up to 24 guests—ideal for reunions, wedding groups, team trips, and celebration weekends.
