Our group of seven stayed for a long weekend. This property was as comfortable, clean, and stylish as it appears online. The decor was modern and inviting. The kitchen was nicely appointed with many essentials. We appreciated the coffee bar. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t cooling well, so we needed to buy some ice and coolers to keep our perishables cool. The owner was unable to fix the issue during our stay, but offered us a small discount to cover our out of pocket expenses. It wasn’t ideal, but we appreciated the gesture. A secured parking garage was included and we felt very safe at this property. There is also ample street parking available. The location was convenient- a short drive to Broadway, the Gulch, and the fairgrounds. It’s also very close to both Vanderbilt and Belmont in case you are looking to stay close to either.

WONDERFUL! We had two couples and two singles staying together. Three bedrooms and three baths were perfect. The elevator was wonderful as several of our party have issues with stairs. It was so convenient to drive into a garage, unload our luggage and zoom up to our floor. We did not spend much time in the condo but it was very clean and well furnished with plenty of sitting space and kitchen space. The decor was great. Would love the kitchen at my house. Any questions we had were addressed very promptly. We didn’t have any issues. The entire group had nothing but great things to say about the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was ideal for our group. We really enjoyed the kitchen/living room openness. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. Very quiet and secure. The mgr was responsive when we had a slight problem with getting the door to lock behind us. Close Uber ride to Broadway. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The rental was really nice - well decorated and pleanty of space for our group of 7 people. There isn't a lot of great options within walking distance, but lower Broadway is a short and inexpensive ride away.

Fabulous stay in Nashville!

We were visiting our daughter at Vanderbilt, and this condo was in a perfect location. It was super well appointed with all necessities and beautifully decorated. Our family of five loved the comfortable beds and spacious condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Four adult stayed four nights for a wedding. This property was close to the venue. The three bedrooms, three baths layout was perfect for our needs. The property was clean, nicely furnished and secure.

Wonderful and Impressive Stay!

My group and I had a memorable and amazing stay at this Nasvhville Vrbo. The location was safe. The Vrbo property was even more gorgeous than the photos, with 3 full bathrooms, and the highest ceilings I've ever seen! There was plenty of room for our group of 8. Also, the host was a great, timely communicator and was accommodating. I would definitely recommend - thank you!!

Music themed condo near Centennial Park

We chose to stay here due to proximity to Vanderbilt for graduation. Great location with secure parking (spots are narrow for larger vehicles but street parking available). Beautiful condo with well stocked kitchen. Nice, quiet building in great location!
