When we arrived check in procedure said to locate our parking pass inside condo, no other information. I looked, couldnt find it, when called i was just told it could be on the door or in a jar. Never found. Ac remote didnt work so we could never turn it down below 77. Called, was told theyd send someone out. Never did. Wanted to relax on first night from a long day, nothing on the tv worked properly. Netflix required me to upgrade my personal account to be able to use. Hulu was not installed. Tv guide didnt load. Blu ray player wouldnt read available movies we tried. Very frustrating. I want to request at least a partial refund for all the problems we encountered that were not fixed.
