We take a 8-10 day family trip every year and have not had issues before this trip. While the condo was comfortable, the dryer, ice-maker and water dispenser were broken. The issue with the dryer was brought to the property manager‘s attention on our second day. We were initially told that it was fixed, but it wasn’t. I had to continue to reach out to the property management company inquiring as to when the dryer was going to be fixed, this clearly upset them. It was not fixed our entire stay. We had a large family with several small children, so having a washer and dryer in our unit was a must, which is why we chose a unit that had one. We were advised there was a coin operated facility a couple of buildings over that we could use if we needed to do laundry. We definitely did not want to sit in a laundromat while on vacation. They picked up our laundry one time in those 8 days, and had it laundered, which we were thankful. I asked to speak to the property manager, but he refused to call. Instead on our day of check out, the property manager, Neil, sent a nasty email with several false statements. Neil also advised he would refund 100 due to the inconvenience of not having the dryer and other things working in the unit. He then advised he contacted VRBO to let them know we were difficult clientele. This was a first for us as we have had numerous owners request that we rent from them if we ever come back to their area. Disappointed in Beach Blue Properties management.
