Emerald Shores

This is the second time I have rented at Emerald Shores! Love it here! All the houses are beautiful and taken care of very well. We enjoy the private beach! The communication with the property manager is top notch! Always available and responds promptly in a timely manner! Recommend Emerald Shores to all who is looking for a place to stay along Florida coast!

Ideal Setting

This house was ready for us to call it 'home' for the week! The lovely renovated kitchen was so well appointed with ample plates, silverware, and cooking utensils, as well as new dishwasher, fridge, and range! Bedrooms were comfy although the HVAC does have to work a bit extra to address the upstairs ample size bedrooms. The outdoor veranda on the second level provides a delightful view of your location within the neighborhood. The walk from the beach is good exercise and the neighborhood Tram to the beach, during 'on' Season, was a great option. The home is nicely situated within a quiet cul-de-sac with patio areas for children to safely play. We will more than likely book this one again as our family has grown and this home easily fits the needs of 4 adults and two kiddos. We are veteran visitors to the Emerald Shores Community and do not look at staying anywhere else when Vacationing in Destin.

Spring Break 2025

We are spring break regulars in Miramar Beach. However, we kind of waited a bit too late to book our regular house/neighborhood. We chose this house for the proximity to where we have stayed in the past and have to say this house DID NOT disappoint at all. Communication was great and super easy to work with. Location was an awesome short walk to the private beach, kids loved the pool options and the house was more than roomy for the five of us. One of the few times where the house was better than the pictures. I would HAPPILY stay here again.

Can’t go wrong with this house

Pascal was very helpful and quickly responded to me . House was very nice and one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. Short walk to the beach and pool. House has every kitchen gadget and appliance you can think of. They had 2 folding chairs , 2 beach chairs, pool noodles and a good heavy duty wagon . Be sure to take beach towels. We will definitely be renting this house again .

Great community, great location, great house

20 Ruby Cove was the perfect home for a group that wants to eat out and in. Well-stocked kitchen. Clean spaces. Easy strolll to the beach. Quick access to so many places. (It would be great to havr 1 or 2 more beach chairs.)

Everything you need! Clean, well maintained. Perfect location

Property was literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful gated neighborhood. House had everything we needed including beach supplies and a fully stocked kitchen. Check out was simple. Owner notified us 2 hours early that the house was ready. Considering how picky I am and I scrutinize listings before renting, I would definitely stay again!

Family Beach Trip

Very Lovely Home

The home was very lovely. Just a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach. Pool was close by. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed our lunch on the outside patio. Nice restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. No issues while staying here. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area! It’s a great place to stay.!

Comfortable House in Gated Community

This property is located within easy walking distance of a private beach within a gated community which makes for a very peaceful escape. Two pools plus a tennis court plus one of the best furnished and supplied places we've stayed. Check in was super simple with detailed instructions. Hope to stay again.

Emerald Shores - Miramar Beach

Our stay at Emerald Shores was wonderful! The home was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. The proximity to the beach is excellent, as is local restaurants and shopping. Our host Pascal was excellent - he even came to our house equipped with new TV remotes for each room within an hour when we reported a problem with the remote in the family room! Would definitely stay again!!

Great Rental With Great Owner

Pipers Penny was amazing! The house looked exactly as the pics of not better! It was very clean and offered all the amenities of home. The location is perfect as it was tucked back on a cul-de-sac street. It was a short walk to the beach and the house came with a beach wagon and all the beach toys needed! It is also in walking distance to several restaurants. The owner, Pascal, was extremely accommodating! He called us well before our check-in time to let us know the house was ready. We’ve never had that experience before so it was a very nice small gesture. We will definitely being stay at this property again in the future!!

The perfect vacation house

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood, next to the most beautiful beach you'll ever go to. The listing was incorrect in that it didn't state: there is absolutely EVERYTHING you need in this house!! Don't bring beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, wagons, anything for the kitchen, crockpot, blender or anything! The sweet owners have provided everything you could need besides beach towels and soap supplies. The only dampener of our good time was that there was no shuttle :( we were here may 7-14 and I guess that's still off season. We brought 2 Grandma's who simply cannot walk this far to the beach. My husband had to ferry us to the gate, take the car home and then ride a scooter back to us every time. Otherwise, a dream come true!! Will absolutely be back!

Fun In The Sun

Miramar Beach is hands down the most beautiful beach of all. And staying at Emerald Shores is perfect in every way: quiet, close to the beach, and very relaxing. We love our vacations here. It keeps us coming back again and again.
