Nice apartment, beautiful view

We had a nice stay in this apartment. We had some inconveniences with the wifi and AC but the agency tried everything to help us with this.

Nice Place

We have stayed in Sandestin many times but this is the first time we have stayed that wasn’t an easy walk to the restaurants. We loved having the golf cart and used it every day. Enjoyed the pond and could feed the turtles and fish right from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Great Property

This property was clean, and as advertised. Checkin process was easy, and entire property is beautiful. Our only complaint was that the unit had very cheap trash bags lol, funny, but serious. Trash bags broke as we were trying to leave the property which delayed our departure time. Otherwise property was great. We would for sure stay again!

Location, Location, Location

We loved being in a quiet area without much traffic so we could enjoy riding bikes and walking. The children were especially entertained by the turtles in the lake. I loved the beautiful view. The golfcart made everything easily accessible. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and well equipped.

Perfect Sandestin Location

We chose this condo near the bay, looking for a quiet trip with our 1 year old. It exceeded expectations! The resort had great pools, the golf cart was convenient and fun, and the wharfe & marina offered plenty of entertainment (all accessible by golf cart, including the beach)! The condo itself was clean and well equipped with everything we needed! It exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation staying in Sandestin. The location was perfect - close to pools and a quick ride to the beach. Having access to the golf cart was a game changer. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience.

Everything about the experience was wonderful except the steps leading up to the room. They were steep and there were lots of them especially with my 1 old and my mother in law who just had back surgery. It was hard for her to maneuver. About 10 to 15 dirty dishes like spoons and knives, forks and statulas were left in the drawers with dried yogurt and such we had to rewash those. Everything else was absolutely wonderful and clean. The golf cart was a joy to be able to ride which made the experience amazing. We will be back!!

Condo with golf cart

It was a very nice condo. Nice view off the balcony and the condo was clean. The golf cart made it a quick trip to the beach.

Perfect Vacation

We love this location in San Destin. It’s near everything. There was good food, entertainment, shopping, the Beach and activities for everyone. This property made it a perfect vacation. It was clean, spacious and had a great view. The only thing missing was an umbrella for the outdoor table. The assigned golf cart allowed us to park the car and enjoy the property and amenities. Gibson rental provided amazing customer service. They responded within hours to all of our inquiries. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful View and Extremely Clean!

We rented this unit at the last minute during the Memorial Day weekend and was amazed at how easy it was to book this place. This place was so beautifully decorated and so clean. We loved it was all tile! Made coming in from the beach so easy. We also loved the separation of the bedrooms. We came with our daughter, her husband and their 9 month old baby. Not once did we hear him wake up at night. Perfect for two families or two couples. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We loved having the golf cart. Unit is close to pool, beach, golf course, restaurants, etc. This was a perfect getaway. We will definitely be back!!!

Nice Place to unwind

918 Harbour Pointe Is a very nice condo, clean, nice funiture , Great view everything you need to relax except one thing A/C. The owner has the Thermostat locked so you can not adjust. Was notified and still would not release control. Luckily it was cool enough to leave door open when in the condo. Gibson Beach Management was nice enough to bring a fan and tried to solve the problem.
