We enjoyed our stay in Via Largo near Baytowne. Had golf and amenities that our family enjoyed. The golf cart was great to go to the beach, shops or course, much preferable to a car. The house is very comfortable with two king size beds and 3 1/2 baths. Neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly, but little space outside the house for them to play. We brought bikes and traveled the area. Overall, very good.

Property just as described. Accessible to everything including the beach thanks to the well maintained golf cart and a huge plus that they had beach toys for our baby to play with instead of having to travel with them! We had the best time and can’t wait to stay here again!

We stayed at this home for 6 days! It was beautiful inside and out! Loved that there was so much to do in the little community, we rarely had to even leave! Short golf cart drive to the beach, that was beautiful! We will define back! Home was very clean and spacious, and to top that, a lot of things for the beach were included for us to use! Golf cart was a huge plus! See you next year or the year after that!

We stayed in this home for 5 nights while visiting Sandestin for a junior golf tournament. It was a great home base for our needs, and the provided golf cart was really useful for spectating and checking out the property. The golf courses are beautiful and the home was great!

We loved the property and location. You really could spend a week without a car and use the golf cart. I'm sure the cleaning crew takes care of all the food related items but as some others said it seems reasonable that there would be at least salt and pepper. The app from the property management company had basic helpful information but was unresponsive to the messages. There was a separate text communication from the property managers.

Very beautiful home. I didn’t realize there were 2 sets of steep steps!! We have 3 people ranging from 60-70 years of age and the steps were a real issue. I would never have booked this property had I known that. The listing states 2 floors but I just didn’t realize how “upstairs” the bedrooms were. We did enjoy walking the property in the mornings. We have stayed at other Vrbo properties and there has always been a stock of basic pantry items. This home has nothing but salt and pepper. We ended up not using the kitchen except for drinks. We only took the golf cart out once but it was good overall.

We enjoy Sandestin and the wharf. The property was perfect. We will be coming next year for our trip. The only negative was the Louisville Cardinal blocks. We are CAT fans!!!!! lol We are from Richmond, Kentucky. CATS,CATS, CATS Seriously The property is Amazing!!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay.

My family enjoyed our Thanksgiving on the beach! Property had all necessities and more. We found entertainment, photo ops, dining, and shopping nearby. We all enjoyed looking for turtles and frogs underneath the floating lily pads in the outside oasis - and a portion was covered! Everyone had their own personal space. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and had absolutely everything that we needed. The location is ideal and we loved that everything was accessible by the golf cart provided with the home. I would highly recommend this property and unmatched experience to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo. The condo itself was very nice, clean, roomy, and provided everything we needed. The golf cart was a life saver. We used it to go to the beach, shopping center, etc. and we had our 1 year old great grandson with us and when he didn't want to take a nap, the golf cart never failed to put him to sleep. Overall, one of the best places we've ever stayed. The privacy is a huge plus!! We will be back next year.

We have stayed at Villa Lago in the past and love the proximity to the Village and our children love riding the golf cart all over Baytowne! The neighborhood is well kept! We love the pool, however, received a wrong or inactive pool bathroom code. I reached out to vacation haven a couple of times then tried to contact someone from the HOA to resolve this. Finally, on our last night there, the code was updated on the hospitality app which worked. My son is special needs and does not understand just yet that he doesn’t need to remove his bathing suit completely to go potty so imagine our embarrassment when he had already removed his suit for us to realize we couldn’t get into the bathroom. 🤦🏻‍♀️ When we arrived, the refrigerator did not appear to be working and had a seafood smell. I immediately called someone from vacation haven to make sure we were not supposed to only use the small freezer/fridge combo in the living room area. I told them it was unplugged, that we plugged it in, and that it seemed to be working but we did not want to be charged for anything if it was not supposed to be turned on. I never received a call back, so I called again and McKenzie told us it was ok to turn it on. As a side note, there is no oven mit located in the condo. 😉 These are minor annoyances but worth mentioning. Overall, the stay was very pleasant! It’s a beautiful place!

Loved the place! Wonderful location. The only issue were, the fridge was not working so they had a small fridge instead. Not big enough! Also, there were clothing items left from previous guests found under the bed. Had a great time though!

What a fabulous property for our family this past week—a last hoorah before our kids go back to school and Villa Lago was a perfect fit! We were able to spread out, cook, and be together without being on top of one another. The convenience of beach equipment and the golf cart made for fun exploring days without using our car, as well as carefree beach days. Great location within the Sandestin Resort, close to Baytowne Wharf and the Boulevard Shoppes. We will definitely stay here again, possibly longer next time! The only drawback was the selection of pots/pans...so, we improvised and made lasagna instead of spaghetti (due to no pot large enough to boil pasta in). Great place, great space, a lot of fun and memories were made in Villa Lago!

Such an easy rental process. The property was all it was described as and more! Lovely property! So clean and we loved the beach contemporary vibe. We loved the nightly frog serenade out back. Perfect spot in the middle of everything, without feeling like you are. Thanks for a beautiful experience!
