Vacation rental

The property was nice however, it is run down and several things need repairs as well as if it rains, the balcony on the 2nd floor leaks everywhere from the roof. The king bed on the first floor had a hole in the middle that you would sink in. The beach access code that was given was wrong and the WiFi code that was written on the information sheet was wrong. I tried to communicate by email several times and there was no answer till practically 1 day before my rental ended, I was able to get a hold of the person that manages the property and he did give us the details needed. Other than those issues the property was fine! Would not recommend for elderly people or anyone with problems going up and down stairs.

Great house great location

We enjoyed our time at this property. The resort style pool is perfect for kids and adults alike, easy beach access and plenty of space for a large group. The balconies are great spaces to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wind down. The kitchen was well appointed and the location is very close to shopping.

St Tropez Bella Vista

Aron was attentive to our calls. The location was fantastic right across the street from the beautiful beach. The condo was perfect for a family although lots of stairs. The floors were a bit on the dirty side as we had to wipe up a slight spill when we arrived. The kitchen has plenty of cookware , plates utensils but no extra frills not even salt and pepper.We were a little disappointed the pool was not heated but we had the hot tub to suffice. Overall it was a great stay. II would definitely recommend this condo.

Best kept secret

I enjoyed my stay here it’s like we was staying in a mini castle… very clean with easy check in. The only problem was how many steps was in the property if you have older ppl in your party or handicap, overweight ppl i wouldn’t book this…. OTHER THAN THANT THIS IS DESTINES BEST KEPT SECRET

Perfect Getaway

Excellent property with ample space and amenities. Pool and hot tub we great. Beach was a short walk across the street as well as restaurants. The balconies were our favorite place to hang out in the evenings with the relaxing sound of the water and the smell of the flora. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location, perfect for family & friends

The home was in a great location, close to shopping, food, entertainment and most importantly, the BEACHES! We had everything we needed. The home was clean, and it was in a gated community, so we felt very safe. They only downfall was the unsupervised kids in the pool and hot tub during all hours, plus the pool was not heated. Would recommend!

Great location

We had a few issues with cleanliness upon arrival. It appeared that the previous guest had a big party and we kept finding cupcake wrappers, balloon fragments and confetti throughout the week. We also had to ask housekeeping to come the first day to mop the main level as the floors were pretty dirty. It was mostly an issue having an active toddler with us who kept finding the balloon pieces, etc. But overall the price for this property was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Close to the Beach!

Beautiful home, but needs cosmetic repairs

Home was beautiful and clean. However, it does need alot of cosmetic repairs, new couches, and new carpet. The carper looks like it needs to be cleaned or replaced. The internet kept going down and the fridge’s ice maker did too. I emailed/texted about these things, but never received a response. These things did not tarnish out trip at all, but for the price it’s being rented at, these things should be addressed.

Gorgeous Vacation House

We loved our stay! The house is an absolutely beautiful community right across from the beach. The only complaint is the couch was very worn and uncomfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location!

This house is in a great location. Close to the beach, outlet mall and grocery store. The house was as expected. The stairs can get to be a bit much but we knew that going in. The property manager was awesome and responded right away with any questions or concerns. Pool was so cold and isn’t heated but the hot tub was great. The house was very clean. Only negative was the carpet in the upstairs bedrooms should probably be replaced or use tile. Other than that it was good. Even with not so nice weather, we had a great time!

Beautiful place

Breathe taking view and very quiet place to stay with family. We enjoyed having pool in our backyard and amazing beach 5 min away. Few things that I would pay attention to as of owner of the property. 1. For the price we payed for one week, we expected place to be clean and that was disappointing. Pillows are old and very uncomfortable. Bed mattresses are stained and in terrible condition. Carpet upstairs it’s dirty and would use some cleaning. All the vents were very dusty and windows never cleaned. Blinds are very dusty to. 2. Maintenance should be done also. We have a light in the closet hanging on one screw missing bottom glass. Here and there there were thing that should be inspected before people stay there. Like maybe 2 a year clean bbq grill since it’s very dirty. 3. Downstairs couch wasn’t vacuum in ages. My little boy drop something between cushions and it was awfully dirty when I put my hand inside. In general I think this should be leather couch easy to whip down. 4. Kitchen is limited in supplies. So maybe small update on utensils etc. 5. If u travel with small children like us, house isn’t the best. It’s tons of stairs, glass tables with metal bottom and floors are little bit slippery. So be really careful. Overall place is located in a beautiful neighborhood. And we have a wonderful time.

Fantastic stay

We had a blast. Beach is a short walk. Community pool was awesome and so were all the people. U honestly don't need anything other than clothes and food. They have everything you need for the beach including kid toys, beach umbrellas, chairs, floaties for the pool. Everything! Living quarters is on the second floor so I wouldn't say this is handicap friendly but my senior parents did just fine with them.
