The pool that was advertised was closed die To repairs!! WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL NOVEMBER. No compensation was offered. The building and the surroundings are ok, the beach is great. Our apartment, however, was quite cheaply furnished and poorly equipped and is in need of serious refurbishment.

Muy mal servicio la tina sucia la agua se encharca dicen que se malla de una manera pero en realidad no es así pedí que sacaran la basura medijo que yo tenía que acerlo me quede 9 días buenos pedí bolsas de basura para sacar yo la basura medijo que yo tenía que comprar las bolsas si yo quería sacar la basura y el nombre real de el hotel no es ese es The Castle Hotel así se llama pero hay no te dan información te dicen tienes que llamar ala persona que te rento y llamo ala persona nunca contesto muy mala jamás me volveré a quedar y no lo recomiendo

La recepción del hotel una decoración total. Muy mala organización y mal servicio. Muy grosero todo. No te indican nada y muy mala comunicación.

Al ser un condominio no hay recepción de nuestra compañía y el staff de seguridad es quien valida los ingresos para seguridad de todos ustedes. Que pena que no hayas prestado a las instrucciones enviadas o nos hayas preguntado en caso de dudas durante tu estadia para poder brindarte mayor atención.

Not bad service, It was NO service. No bed cleaning, No towel change, No bath and toiletries refill. No shops or restaurants around. Swimming poor was closed. I need to bring all of my garbage down stair and ask ‘shop owner’ to take it from me I learned later that I need to call unit manager to get those services. Based on my vacation experiences, who does that? I was there 4 days and regretted every single days. Even Uber drivers knew about this building’a service.

We stayed in their Presidential Suite. It is a very large unit. With a little TLC it could be a great unit. It is fairly tired due to a lot of wear and tear. It's puzzling why they do not take better care of it. The blinds fell off the ceiling one day when we were not in the unit and broke a really cool lamp. With that said, it is a good value for the $$$. The property itself is dated and not well maintained. The only real service the property has is the free valet. Otherwise, there is nothing. If the property was maintained better, it could be a very nice place to stay. If you are expecting this to be the Fontainbleu, then stay there as that is not what this property is. Of course you would probably spend 5x to 10x more for this unit there. If I'm feeling cheap, I might stay here again, if not, I'd pick something nicer.

The property is somewhat lacking in maintenance and we never knew how to throw away the trash that accumulated quite a bit, nor did anyone pick it up.

wir hatten die presidential loft bay 1 gebucht. Sehr gross und geräumig. allerdings haben die Vorhänge nicht funktioniert. Die Spülmaschine war defekt und das Bett sehr unbequem. Diese Mängel haben wir dem Hotel mehrmals mitgeteilt. Das Hotel hat auf die Beschwerden schnell reagiert und immer einen Mitarbeiter geschickt. Das Problem konnte aber nie behoben werden.

Location and service are good. There were roaches in the kitchen. AC didn't work well. Beds were terrible. They need to replace the mattress they were really uncomfortable and the pillows as well. I suggest to replace the bunk beds with sofa beds if they want families to book. Pool was not in service and I wasn't notify until the day before. They shouldn't do pool renovations in the middle of the summer

Tired apartment
Room was ment to be a deluxe studio apartment when it is old and tired and tatty certainly not deluxe. Power socket in kitchenette was loose on the wall no plugs in bathroom sink or bath and the safe didn't work. Other than those issues which maintenance fixed power socket problem the room straight away the room and bedding was clean and view was amazing. Very friendly people and beach is on the doorstep

The view from our hotel room was fantastic. That is about the only fantastic thing about this hotel. No sign on building. The "smart" elevators were such a pain. They would stop at the wrong floor, go back down when people still needed to go up, and would reset. The paint job in the room was absolutely horrendous and they even painted the bathtub. In the bathroom, there was no venting system, the faucet handles were loose, and looked like a towel rack came off in the shower because there was only one handle. We were only offered 2 shower towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 beach towels for the 5 days we were there, along with just one roll of toilet paper. When asked for new towels, they said they didn't offer that service and we would have to pay for laundry, and also buy detergent. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. They also did absolutely no housekeeping to our room. No cleaning supplies, trash bags, or paper towels were left for us either, when it was apparent that we were supposed to be our own housekeepers after calling to question this. The outlet that the microwave was plugged to was also hanging off the wall which is a safety hazard. Knobs on the cabinets didn't even match and the mirror was chipping away. We didn't even have a remote when we got there. The staff who brought us the remote were fast at responding, nice and deserve to be acknowledged. I feel horrible for this staff because the way the owner's take care of their hotel is atrocious

I booked with Expedia and bought there travel travel insurance After I got to the hotel and contacted Expedia they kept brushing me off and telling me excuse after excuse and making me run after there property manager and didn’t give towels and the bathtub had chipped paint so after being pushed off and placed around with I just left the hotel and booked with a different hotel I guess the hotel insurance is all bs

Abrissreifes Hotel in guter Lage. Im Hotel , am Dach,regnete es rein. Flure waren nass.Das Wasser kam leider auch Pattere rein. Deckenpanele kamen vorm Fahrstuhl runter. Jedoch war das Personal - Empfang-freundlich und bemühte sich sehr. Auch der Parkservice war sehr bemüht, gut und schnell.
