"This hotel is much better than i expected. Check in is 12pm and check out is 2pm which gives convenience to early arrival or late check out people. The location is very convenient to almost everything. It is an AI hotel but the front desk staff were very kind and helpful, especially Mr Li (李俏俊)who did above and beyound; he was very patient for all my questions and did his best to help us whenever we need. Overall, my experience in this hotel exceeded my expectation. Will definitely stay here...

"Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind. "Great location, very modern, great amenities- my second or third stay here. A lively area 12 min walk from west lake and shopping ; clubs & restaurants right across the road - some rooms hear the music all night long so light sleepers may request a back side room. "

"The hotel is a business stay with all the required installations in a nice enivroment. The lobby seems to be always crowded and this makes the service in this area lacking personality. The rooms are very nice, however a bit small for this category of hotel. It is very well located for tourism purposes close to major shopping areas and the western lake."

"Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. "

"Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue."

"Surprisingly good location for West lake and nearby shopping stripe. Located in a quiet street, there is a night market just opposite on the road, and walking distance to West lake in 10 mins. Not your 4 star room, but comfort for a night stay. Facilities are a bit dated but checked-in was smoothand easy, the check-in instructions were clear."
