Pros: The home was well located in Marathon - 10-20 minutes in either directions to plenty of beaches, restaurants, etc. The house was nicely cleaned. The main floor had a nice amount of space and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts respond fairly promptly. Nicely stocked beach items. Cons: I knew there was construction during our stay but I didnt realize it would be literally a foot outside of the back patio. King bed was fine but the other beds were not comfortable - one of the twin beds was completely broken. We told our host and they said they probably couldnt get someone to come fix it because it was Jan 1 (understandable) but then a maintenance person came into the house while I was napping and we had zero notice from the host that someone would be coming by - so that was weird and not appreciated. I think the amenities could have used improvement - for a 5 night stay, I dont expect to need to go out to buy my own toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. There was only enough for a few days. The host did come buy to bring a few more rolls of toilet paper. There was also no soap in the bathrooms.Overall, a decent stay but my guests were not very happy.
