"This unit is very well decorated, clean, and has the most amazing view of Hanalei Bay. There is a toaster, kettle, small bar type fridge, dishes for three, cutlery in the drawer and all the little extras you can imagine: two beach chairs, snorkel gear, hiking poles, very comfy king bed. Modern bathroom with plenty of supplies to cover your needs. 2 Onsite restaurants and a little coffee shop that serves a great breakfast burrito. Hosts are great communicators. "The resort is lovely, the onsite restaurant was exceptional! The unit we stayed in, sadly, needs a lot of updates and general cleaning. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the furniture old and worn. We would stay there again, but in a different unit. "

"It was like staying in a damp college dorm that was under construction. They did tell me the lobby was under construction but the whole place is. It is so damp all of my clothes felt wet and I had to walk around in flip flops even at night. I asked for a softer pillow because I have a head injury and I was told no sorry that’s all they have available. The room never felt clean and there was no light. You could barely see to do things. I would have moved hotels if we were there for longer."

"The Kauai Marriott is a beautiful place to stay. The room was very nice and comfortable and although there is no kitchen there is a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The ocean view was fabulous. The staff there is exceptional and friendly. There is shopping and great restaurants nearby. They also provide a free airport shuttle service. I highly recommend this place."
