Fun at the Pirate's Penthouse

This unit was amazing. Very clean and modern. More than enough room in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The best part is the location if you want to be in the middle of it all. Walking distance to almost everything. Parking space was a great feature. It can get a bit noisy at night since you're so close to the action. Easy to sleep through it since you're having so much fun. I would go back again!

Great Experience

First time to Key West, and what a great experience. Our host was great and came to meet my family and I at the property when we arrived, and was very friendly and informative about the area and things to do. The condo was absolutely beautiful, and met all of our needs and then some. I would definitely stay here again. The place is situated above a restaurant, and the only issue I had was them was them putting their garbage cans behind my car every night, even with my car being parked between the lines correctly as per their rules, but this wasn’t enough to leave nothing but 5 stars for this property and the host. And contrary to some reviews I read, I felt the roosters added to the experience of being there. Definitely will stay again!! Thank you!!!

We would stay here again!

Fantastic experience, so close to city center we could walk to all areas. Clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet in spite of being above and across from a restaurant. That actually made it really fun to sit on the porch and people watch with coffee or cocktails! Bonus - the crepe place below provided a wonderful meal just down our steps. You can hear the roosters, but they are all over the island and they didn't bother me at all. We will stay here again.

Great location, spacious and comfortable.

The location has just the right amount of activity and relaxation. The apartment has everything you need with new furniture and appliances. The management staff was very helpful with excursion assistance and helpful suggestions that made our stay special.

Amazing location in Key West

Beautiful condo in perfect location for friends weekend. Everything is walkable and some great restaurants and bars very close by. The condo is just as shown in pictures and Last Key rental company is great to work with! Great communication and constant checking made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful place close to Duval street

The unit was beautiful and had everything you could think of. You do need to bring your own bath soap and hair products. The location and unit were perfect. Newley renovated. It did have a parking space but the roosters and hens bedded in the tree above it so every morning my car need to be rinsed off because of the droppings. There is a hose right there as well. It was a bit noisy from the rooster doodling ALL night and the delivery’s early morning as well as the garbage trucks. I recommend ear plugs if your not a heavy sleeper. They had a sound machine in each bed room but that just made more noise.

The house was perfect, location amazing, and the property manager texted me the whole time and was sooo great!!! She even dropped off cupcakes for my daughters 16th birthday!!! Highly recommend.

The Pirates Penthouse was absolutely amazing! We drove down there and had our own parking spot. You were able to walk to everything. You are just off Duvall street so it’s quite at night. The inside was amazing. Super clean and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a big bonus. First vacation ever that we left with clean clothes. We will certainly be back again!

Great location

We had a great time. Used the free bus line to get around if we were not walking. Great places to eat near by. Next time we will bring a car cover. The roosters sit in trees over your parking spot at night. They do have a hose right there if needed. They have everything you need to cook available even though we did no cooking. Great place to stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Nice property Wake up with the chickens, literally!

Property was clean and beautifully decorated. There are MANY roosters in this end of Key West, the property would benefit from white noise machines in the bedrooms.

We LOVED our stay at The Pirates Penthouse! Beautiful, clean home with that Key West vibe! Arlena was amazing - we are so thankful for her guidance to the best eats and places to visit and for her reaching out to ensure all was well. Find a different place to stay

The very first day we were hassled by the restaurant owner about our vehicle (an Audi Q3) so not a large vehivle about parking at 10pm. Basically had to park in the bushes to make them happy. Then the "building owner" whomever that is decided to put posts and chain two days later of were they wanted us to park. And i dont think they understood that a car was to park there not a bicycle so everyday i would have to get out and move the markers so i could park the vehicle. On top of you park uner the trees, so every morning youll have to wash the car due to rooster/birds crapping all over it. Couldnt imagine if we had just rented a golf cart(gross). The property company answered our request on day two because wifi had gone out in a timely manner. My wife can work from her laptop at times so wifi is a need even on vacation. But after that with having to deal with the restaurant and building owner nothing but crickets from the Last Key Realty! Oh except after our plane landed back home when they apologized for us having to deal with all of that and told us we would be recieving a 10% refund on our trip for the inconveniences we encountered. D
