The location was great for bike riding, and the unit was very clean. However, there was some kind of bad odor coming from the utility room that we could not locate. Upon contacting the property managers, they would never address it. Finally saying that they would address it after we left. We ended up putting towels in front of the door to block the Oder. Therefore, we would not recommend staying at this unit.

This property has an amazing view and everything you need for your stay except a blow dryer so come prepared , balcony seating would have been nice but we brought our chairs. No A/C but that wasn't an issue unless you stayed there the whole day. No water avaible unless you want to drink from the sink. A britta pitcher in the fridge would have been nice. shower caddy looks like it wants to fall because the suction cups don't lineup with the tile right. It's just out of walking distance, I'd more say it's biking distance, but there is a bus stop right outside. All in all it was a good stay but I will say that bed is a rock to sleep on.

Great, and cheaper than the hotel

We had a hotel booked, but they cancelled our reservation at the last minute, but it sure worked out great. The apartment is clean and functional. The bed is nice. The back deck is a peaceful paradise. Some of the other reviews me too that it's dated, and maybe the bathroom is a little, but there was plentiful hot water in the shower. The underground parking is nice, and the bus into town stops right out front.

Mold on bathroom floor

Entry to dark to see lock box #. Night stands taller than bed, lights to high, get out of bed to use. Filthy floors in bathroom, toilet leaking all day and night. Not happy with this stay.

Don’t stay here

The ONLY thing we loved about this property was the view off the balcony—absolutely gorgeous. Everything else, however, was the worst. Parking was confusing and TINY. We have a RAV4 and barely fit. If you have a truck, good luck fitting. Communication with the host was non-existent—I tried multiple times to contact the host to no avail. The worst part was the room itself. Although smoking is “prohibited” here, the room reeked of cigarettes and made both my partner and I have awful headaches. The unit has no AC, and the two fans they gave us didn’t work. Not to mention the bathroom door was left closed after the cleaning staff cleaned it so when we walked into the bathroom it smelled musty and gross. VERY disappointed with this property. Save yourself time and money and book somewhere else.

The location was close to everything. It was nice sitting on balcony. The bathroom could be updated. There was nothing in room to tell you how to get to pool or jacuzzi. TV channels were limited.

Perfect for our short stay

Perfect amenities for our stay. Located along the bus line for going to the slopes, but close enough to town that we walked in each evening for dinner and shopping- granted we like to walk a lot. :) Buses run into the evening as well.

Great location and apartment for 2

Great location only a 4 minute drive to Bald Mountain with the luxury of also having a shuttle stop right in front of the building. Loved having a view of snow covered trees, made every day feel extra cozy. 4 stars because the kitchenette is quite small- the stove/oven was one of those mini sizes and the only full-size burner didn't work. We contacted Vacasa and they said it wouldn't be able to be repaired during our stay. That was pretty annoying and inconvenient because we cooked all our meals at the unit during our stay (didn't want to eat out with Covid) and having to use small burners with our full-size pans made cooking painfully slow. Also recommend bringing your own kitchen/cooking gear like we luckily did.
