"What a great place and location! Very close to the bus route and parking close to the lifts on the River Run side of Sun Valley. We felt it was too far to walk. And definitely about a 10 minute walk to town. All furniture was comfortable and the entry has both a keypad as well as a lockbox. Great places to eat and a great vibe in the town of Ketchum!"

"We rented the property to attend the Trailing of the Sheep Festival. The property was lovely, very clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. From start to finish, it was a very easy stay with excellent communication. We did run into a couple of snafus with the property but they didn't really diminish our stay nor did we communicate these snafus to the owner."

"This property was perfect for our family of 4, as each child had his/her own bedroom, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The slopes are very accessible from this property via walking, bus, or very short drive. Our oldest regularly walked to the slopes first each morning as the rest of us moved a little more slowly. I highly recommend this property. "

"The properties in a great location with a fantastic view of the mountain. It has a roomy kitchen and main living area. The beds are very comfortable. If you read the description carefully, it does let you know that the air conditioning is only in the main living area and the master bedroom.
