We arrived at our Vrbo, at 5:30pm, an hour and half past check in time. Mind you we drove 13 hours to get there, so we were exhausted. We pulled up to a car in the driveway and a lady just hangin out in the garage/game room. Claimed she thought we were a late check in and laundry was almost done, give her ten more minutes. Okay, fine we parked on the street waited and she ran out literally like 5 minutes after with a bag full of her own laundry that she threw in the backseat of her car. Okay still, fine it’s whatever we just wanted to get in the house and relax. Obviously we didn’t get to do that. We get in there the pool is all taken apart and dirty. The hot tub was cold, and dirty as well. They had someone come over that told us he was just released from the hospital and his boss knew this and didn’t know there would be people staying at the property. So once again we’re like whatever, if you can please just get it to where it’s useable for us. The nightmare continues by us going out to unload the car and there was a huge dried up pile of vomit with tissues in it on the driveway. Then we found some more in front of the door leading into the garage. Proceeded to go through the house and to find vomit all over the wall right on one of the sides by the master bedroom bed. I have all pictured proof of everything and of conversations of the host promising my refund for the stay since we definitely switched houses.
