The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Happy hour drinks were good, but the snacks were lacking. There was only some type of chex mix type of snack. Breakfast was amazing as usual!

Wonderful staff. Breakfast was incredibly busy, which wasn't unexpected, but set up for condiments, could have eased the traffic in the main area where folks were trying to get food. The salt and pepper shakers were very grimy and felt like they hadn't been wiped down in ages.

I was impressed by the staff. Kind, courageous and fun to chat with. My room was nice and comfy. It is a huge property and I am amazed at how picked up and clean it was. Especially since it was a busy weekend!

We stayed for one night. We had no problems checking in. It was a very busy hotel the night we stayed. I would recommend asking for a room that is not on the front of the hotel. The street noise was very loud until about 10:30pm. The room was nice. The bathroom was small and needed some updating. The cocktail reception and breakfast was good as well. Jose who was bussing tables at breakfast was very kind and helpful.

Would have gotten an excellent if they had coffee in the rooms. I requested cafinated coffee and they where out , said theyd get some later and they still delivered decafe. And where was the hair drier? Room was very hot , No outside bences? Paid a lot for this place and it lacked what I could have gotten from a less expensive hotel.

Property in general was good However, having basic allergies, the room wasn’t really cleaned… not dusted at all, coffee maker was iffy and carpet wasn’t vacuum properly, either mail or skin debris or whatever.. not very sanitary. I have pictures and would love for a manager to reach out to me . Being a Hilton member, I was a bit disappointed. Thank you,

The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, there’s parking on the premises, location has everything you need nearby, and the complimentary breakfast surpassed my expectations. I will recommend this hotel!! Can’t wait to stay there again!

We arrived after 7pm and they still didn’t have our room ready. They put us in a double full size room instead of a double Queen.

My honest review (no emotion) is as follows: I enjoyed the hotel. The price per night was reasonable. The staff seemed knowledgeable and professional. The parking is very limited when the hotel is full. We had to keep driving around the building until someone just happened to be leaving. They did not have enough pack and plays (cribs) so my twin 3 month olds slept on the floor on a pallet of covers I made. I should have brought my own, but I’ve never had a problem before so it crossed my mind. I did see a roach crawl on my wall my second night, which was disturbing. I called the front desk to express my concerns about the roach because my kids were on the floor, but they still didn’t have any cribs. The fitness center was nice and convenient. The bathrooms in the lobby were clean. The free breakfast had a lot of options.
