Great stay! Very nice place! There is a problem with the light and fan in the bedroom at the top of the stairs....they just come on whenever! Thank goodness I wasn't sleeping in that room! Might be a good idea to change or end whatever schedule the light and fan are on! Thanks again for such a good stay!Glenn Corley

I am not happy that it was not communicated anywhere on the online listing that they were doing road construction right next to the condo in front of next to around all over. (And no it doesn’t count that you told us after we booked when sending check in information). We chose this location because it was right on the beach and you can kind of maybe sort of can see the ocean from your balcony (though no chairs), but being woken up to jackhammers and the pain in the butt of having to go around the roadwork. IF I knew about it before we booked and made the choice to stay in this location then I would have given some higher marks, But that could have been MY choice made in advance and would have not complained. I knew from the photos it was not really a direct view of the beach but felt like the place was dark inside. however, was right on the beach, like 20 steps to get access, place was very clean and comfortable and easy access to laundry and close to food places.

The property itself was great. Besides kitchen chair that was slightly broken. There wasn't really an ocean view as pictured there was wasp building nest outside sliding doors. And the worst part was all the construction on the main road. They hardly left room for cars to get to and from the condo. When it would rain it would flood the whole road. One of the construction workers walked away from us after telling us to stop acting like we wasn't allowed to get back to our condo

We enjoyed staying at this place. Comfortable and we had everytning we needed. Only complaint there was not a shower outside to get sand off of our feet. There was not a broom in the place. I bought one and left it there.

It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a great virtual work environment. We loved taking our dog for walks on the beach before and after work. There is a nice partial view of the beach from the master bedroom.

We stayed here for 4 days for a short family get away. The property does not look like the pictures that are posted on the website. Property is much more run down than what is shown. Outside shower does not work which as everybody knows is almost a must when staying on the beach. Love Rental was great but the property manager was slow to respond to them and myself. Inside the property is very nice and very clean. The outside could use some well overdue upkeep.

We stayed here for some quality family time with my daughter, son in law and grandkids. The place is nice and very close to beach. Grand daughter didnt wanna leave the beach. Plenty of room for us.

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised all the extras not mentioned - even closer to the beach than we thought, extra fridge/maybe beverage closet next to the dining room table, lovely couture liquid soaps, extra deep tub to name a few! We will definitely be back and stay longer!

When arriving building looks terrible on outside inside was nice the ceiling fan and blinds were broken in upstairs bedroom I reached out to the rental company they told me to reach out to the local manager so I did never got a reply it was very disappointing

Was a little concerned when we saw the exterior of the property but the inside was great. Great access to the beach. Only complaint was that there was no running water outside to rinse off after returning from the beach.

We loved the inside of the property .. outside was a little iffy … online it says you can see the beach from balcony … you can if you break your neck looking lol ! But all in all it was a great place to stay just don’t look at the outside and don’t go thinking you can see the beach from the balcony !!

The location of this property is perfect and steps from the beach just as advertised. The space was great for our group of 5 adults and 2 young children, except the front door doesn’t have a deadbolt and the 18 month old with us could easily open the door by himself. The beds were very comfortable, though they don’t have mattress pads/protectors between the sheet and mattress. The condo comes with cooking basics, but does not have things such as measuring cups/spoons, salt/pepper, and no supplies for cleaning up spills or messes. The cleanliness of the condo was not great. The bathtub had a layer of gray grime in the bottom and we had to scrub it with dish soap and a sponge (the only cleaning supplies available) before bathing the children. There was sand on top of the duvet in one of the bedrooms. The sofa was sandy. The main level floor was extremely dirty. We had to keep shoes on in the house and the kids couldn’t play on the floor without needing a bath. One of the locks on the front windows is also broken.

Parking is tight but certainly workable. The unit is one and a half bath (not two). It was otherwise as described. Perfect for four adults. It can sleep more, but more than four adults would be too much IMO. I let the property manager know about a broken shower rod and he was there in under an hour fixing it. Very attentive, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend!

Wondeful stay and thankful that we were able to bring along our two dogs. The location is steps from the beach and convenient to stores, restaurants, and bars. Parking is tight and the street spots were taken by people who were not staying at the rental so that was a little frustrating. Note, there is no ocean view from Unit 3 but the balcony is well shaded by a beautiful palm tree. We plan to come back!

My daughter and I were in Jacksonville for a college campus visit. We got to the airport ready to head home and she forgot her entire backpack at the rental property. Immediate panic set in as her lap top and other personal items were in that bag. I reached out to the property manager and within 45 min my message was answered. Adam was a lifesaver! He retrieved the bag from his cleaning staff and that day mailed it to us. I am so grateful for his quick response and willingness to mail us the backpack. The property was in an amazing location. We walked out our front door to the beach every morning and watched the sunrise! I would recommend this property and I will be back!

Everything was perfect except the hose to wash our feet off did not work. We had to sneak across the street and use that one to wash the dog and our feet off. The beach was so close to the front door.

We had a need for a last minute rental in Jacksonville. This owner was very easy to work with and very quick to respond that they were open for us. The communicate really well and are prompt in responding. The place is in GREAT condition and really just steps from the ocean. Nice location and in a quiet neighborhood. We were very happy staying here and would visit it again. Thanks for taking GREAT care of us!
