"If you like constant construction noise this is the place for you. Also the unit is a little run down and needs some updates and improvements. Rain water captures on the front tile patio and becomes a serious slipping hazard. Cleaning could be much improved and done more timely. One day beach towels were never available. Unit is dated and pictures on-line aren’t accurate. One wine glass…really? For a 3 BR unit! "

"Amazing property with plenty of open space, everything needed for an island getaway, and a beautiful lanai. Beautiful high ceilings with lots of light - clean, modern, with lovely breezes on dry days (and good A/C for humid days!). Very easy to walk to the Turtle Cove marina and short drive to Smith’s and Bight reefs and less than 5 minutes drive from the IGA supermarket.
