We weren't able to trabel because of the covid restrictions, which we knew just one day before the trip. We reached out the host and said she would ask the owners if they could make an exceotion to make a refund or give us different dates and reach us back, but she never did. We know they didn't have to do anything, but at least let us know. Very disappointed with the communication. In the future, if we go, we won't consider their place to stay!

Cute House, Nice View

We had a great time. The communication before and during our stay was always very responsive, friendly and helpful. The hosts were available in case we needed something or had questions. The house was clean and just what we expected. The view from the property is great. You can access the water from the property but it is pretty shallow. We had a great time!

This property is located in a beautiful location. It needs quite a few upgrades. The cabinet door was missing in the kitchen. There were dying roaches in the bedrooms. The water glass in the bathroom looked like it had been previously used.

The hot water lasted for 4 minutes. Maintenance said tank needs replaced. Hosts said they had to order it and it wouldn’t be there until we were gone. They did not offer a solution or help and actually got VERY rude and mean. The male host said “I won’t call you what I want to call you”….meaning I’m a bitch. I felt very uncomfortable staying there from that point out. I had to wash my hair with cold water in the sink. These people should not be in the hospitality business. I’m so upset with the way I was treated.

Wonderful stay in beach paradise

We had a lovely time exploring Turks and Caicos, house was just what we were looking for, very comfortable and with an amazing view! Just a few minutes drive from amazing beaches and great food- would love to be back!

Very cute and nice room for the family, consisting 2 large bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 shower room, 1 living and dining room. The deck in the backyard is amazing! It enables to access the sea behind the house. The sea is very beautiful, clear, shallow and calm, best for small kids. Also, I would like to note the property’s security. There is a police station at the beginning of Chalk Sound road. It seems all the access to this property has to go through the police station. And there are friendly neighbors near this property. So I don't need to worry about it.

What a beautiful place!

Perfect spot to enjoy the water and a touch of adventure off Chalk Sound! I loved the “low key” charm of the space in comparison to the surrounding estates that are much more built up. The pictures don’t do it justice to explain the serenity of looking over the water and watching beautiful sunsets swinging your feet off the private dock. We rented paddleboards and a kayak and cruised around the estuary and a short paddle out into the ocean and to a nearby beach you can only get to by boat. Highly recommend the space and place - worth every penny!

Great stay !!!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our 25 th wedding anniversary. Location is beautiful and Patricia and her husband were great ! Very well appointed and clean home. A/C was ice cold and you can't beat the view. Right down the street from Sapodilla Bay Beach and Las Brisas Restauarant. Also close to Omar's. We will be staying here again, in the future !!

Birthday Vacation

My family and I stayed here for my mom's birthday for a few nights and it was perfect. There were 4 of us so it was plenty of room. It is exactly how it is listed and the picnic table outside was a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and coffee before going out to the beach and shopping all day. We also spent every morning walking down to the water and sitting on the little dock area. It was perfect for the price and I would highly recommend!
