This house was absolutely beautiful and could not have been a better fit for our group of 13. The layout was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for gathering while still giving everyone their own space. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cooking amenities—coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, plates, bowls, and everything else we needed to cook for a large group. It made group meals easy and enjoyable.The absolute highlight of this home was the private beach right in the backyard. Having that level of privacy, stunning views, and instant beach access was beyond amazing and truly made this stay special.The concierge service included with the rental exceeded all expectations. Anything we needed, they were there to help. From arranging a private chef and photographer to booking activities, they went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. Their level of service made a huge difference.I would 100% recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat.A quick note for future travelers: North Caicos is very quiet and tranquil, which we loved—but it’s important to plan ahead. There is no retail shopping (just two small gift shops at the port), no bars, and only a few restaurants. Grocery stores are very limited, with minimal selection, so I highly recommend doing your main grocery shopping on the main island before heading over. You will also need to rent a car, as there are no taxi services.

Our stay at Grace on the Bay was an absolute dream. From start to finish, the experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by the team. Our host, Dave, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and John the Concierge went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was taken care of. One of the standout features was how seamless the transportation was—getting to and from the house was completely stress-free. The ferry trip was a breeze and made it clear that we were not going on a typical vacation.The house itself is very nice—spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for a luxury island getaway. However, the real star of the show is the location. It is truly incredible and offers a level of privacy that is hard to find, while still providing the needed level of safety. The turquoise blue ocean is right at your doorstep, and there is a small, vibrant coral reef hole less than 100 meters from the shore that is perfect for exploring. We used the kayaks and SUPs to further explore this area. For anyone who loves fishing, this place is a little bit of a hidden gem. We had a blast catching fish directly from the beach, including snapper and barracuda. Whether you are looking to relax in total seclusion or enjoy the world-class water right in front of you, Grace on the Bay is a perfect choice for a once in a lifetime trip. We can't wait to return!

Idyllic home on the most beautiful beach We had an unforgettable stay at this idyllic home on what truly feels like the most beautiful beach imaginable. The house itself is fantastic — spacious, comfortable, and perfectly set up for families, with a great pool for when you want a break from the sun and sand.The beach is the real star. It felt like we had two miles of private shoreline all to ourselves, with the most luxurious, powder‑soft sand and gentle, shallow water that was perfect for the kids. The shades of blue and turquoise water were absolutely breathtaking, the kind you usually only see in postcards.The kayaks and paddleboards were such a bonus and made exploring the calm water even more fun. Every day felt peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully simple — exactly what a beach vacation should be.Big D was also a highlight. He’s fantastic for fishing and snorkeling excursions — knowledgeable, entertaining, and eager to take you to great spots.We also highly recommend a day trip to Middle Caicos. We spotted flamingos right from the road, Bambarra Beach was perfect for the kids and full of sea turtles, and Mudjin Harbor was absolutely stunning with an excellent restaurant and breathtaking views.One small note: in the evenings, when the air gets still, no‑see‑ums and mosquitos come out. We usually spent that time relaxing inside the house.Dave and his crew were fantastic and responsive!We can’t recommend this home enough and would return in a heartbeat!

This place is a hidden gem! Dave was an amazing host, he answered all my questions and we’re friends now! The house is great, secluded beach, we saw maybe 5 ppl all week. Rooms are comfy, plenty of lounge areas to break apart or hang as a group. John and Dominic very nice & helpful. Transfer and ferry was smooth. 10/10!

We had a fabulous, relaxing week at Grace on the Bay! It was like having our own secluded piece of paradise. The beach and water were absolutely beautiful. The house was great and very clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. Transportation from the airport to the ferry was easy. Delano took us the grocery store to grab our essentials.The ferry ride to the house was about 15 minutes and John was waiting for us with our rental car. We cooked in several nights but we did eat out a couple of times. Places we ate: My Dee’s (very close to the house), Barracuda Bar (very close as well), and Miss B’s. We were able to explore Middle Caicos and went to Mudjin Bay… worth the 25-30 minute drive. The restaurant there was great and the views were spectacular. We ate ice cream at Parrotice which was right down the road. Yum! Everyone we met was so very kind and helpful. We would love to go back. We miss it already. :)

If you are looking to vacation in paradise, this is the place to rent! The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. The beach was very private with soft sand and blue water. The pool was clean and perfect for us! The host, Dave, was very kind and accommodating. He sent us a lot of valuable information prior to our arrival and even checked in with us to make sure we arrived back home safely. We made so many wonderful memories there that will last a lifetime! We will definitely return!

We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful right on the beach, and the pool was wonderful looking out over the water. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the house and things for guests to use. We loved sitting on the back deck every morning and night and just relaxing. The beach and water were beautiful. It is very private and peaceful. Definitely rent a car so you can explore North and Middle Caicos. The food at all the restaurants is amazing, especially if you like seafood. The owner and house manager were very responsive. If you want your own little slice of paradise, this is the place. Checking out was easy. The ferry ride is also nice to get from Provo to North. The island is quiet and peaceful! We love North Caicos!

I took 8 best friends with me for one week and had the most amazing experience. The house was unbelievable. We had the whole beach to ourselves for a week. We ordered jet skis for one day and the staff helped organize so they were brought right to our beach. I cannot thank the staff enough for being available for us S well as organizing excursions. The pictures do not do the house justice. It was breathtaking, well kept, and everything one could want for a spectacular 50th birthday. I will be coming back with my family again. The location is one of a kind, but the house makes it all worth it. I still can’t believe the experience we had for that one week. Thank you Dave and team for making my 50th memorable and absolutely amazing .

We had an incredible stay at this beach house! The location was ideal—just steps from the water—and the outdoor amenities were fantastic. The property looked exactly like the photos, which made us feel confident and excited from the start.One of our favorite moments was relaxing in the shade under the coconut tree, with a steady breeze that made it feel like we were on a tropical desert island. It was peaceful, refreshing, and truly unforgettable.The Owner, Consigner, and Property Manager were all extremely responsive and helpful. They made sure our transportation to and from the airport was smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated.We’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed beach escape!

Grace on the bay! The house was great had everything we needed! The beach had a lot seaweed but it was the time of year(end of July) when we went! Recommend lathering yourself in bug spray they are definitely bad! Overall my family had a wonderful time and would definitely make a return trip!

Family Reunion

Property lovely and perfect for a family. Very private and a bit remote. Concierge (Regina and John) were very helpful and a quick response to our issues. I would recommend people travel on a Saturday versus Sunday due to ferry transfers. Prices are high because of having to import food, liquor etc. The owner was good to work with. Information on N. Caicos; off season for restaurants August to October and only 2 are open.

The house was great, big, modern, new grill, internet, private pool and just about a private beach. Perfect weather for us. We did have a problem with some tiny ants, but the owner was having them sprayed to eliminate the issue. Great for a large family vacation.

Beautiful house and beach!

We had a fantastic stay at Dave’s house in North Turks. The home was clean, modern, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. John, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.The private pool was a great touch, and the beach just steps from the backyard was absolutely stunning. It felt like our own private slice of paradise—far from the crowded tourist spots and ideal for families looking for peace and quiet.Highly recommend this property, and we’re already hoping to return soon!

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The beach area was beautiful and our family enjoyed swimming snorkeling kayaking and relaxing in the hammocks. The pool was amazing. The road to get to the house was challenging and rugged. We didn’t find many selections of restaurants close by on the island. We did enjoy Barracuda on the Beach at the Pelican “Resort”. We would not recommend Chef Ben - he seemed unorganized and overpriced. It did not compare with Private Chef dinners at other islands.

Upon arrival, We were unable to check in at the scheduled time of 4:00 PM and were told we had to wait outside until 4:45 PM. Housekeepers were still working on the house. After a long travel day, this was a bit of an inconvenience. Especially with two babies. - The water supply was inconsistent throughout our time at the property, making it difficult to shower and use the bathrooms as needed. Lost water 5 times during the week. Sometimes, up to a couple hours before pump was reset. Probably the biggest inconvenience. - We also encountered bugs in the beds, bathrooms, and kitchen cabinets, which was both unpleasant and concerning.- Additionally, the WiFi went out early in our stay and was never able to be restored, which affected both our ability to work remotely and stay in touch with family. Which also caused issues with baby monitors. - The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work and the freezer is not freezing properly. We spent 50 on Ice cream that all melted. - While the oven works, it makes a loud noise during the process. This was not an issue for us, but maybe something to look into. The home was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and beach. The privacy and seclusion was very nice. Unfortunately with all the other issues, we would not return to the property.

We lived the villa, very clean and functional, waited beach all to ourselves, can’t wait to get back for another great island experience

Beautiful seclusion

we spent an amazing week at this property, It was clean, modern, and a great outside area to spend a relaxing week. I will certainly be back!!
