Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). Was worried about parking on the street, but was not a problem at all, had spot right in front of house. Very quiet neighborhood at the end of a side street. "
