We were 9 adult women. There was plenty of space for us to gather as a group as well as sleep. The house is clean and in a great neighborhood. Very easy on and off to the highway to get to our conference in Darien. Highly recommend.

Good stay but many rules

Once we arrived we had a nice stay, however, as soon as we booked the house we were given a list of very strict rules about parking and were later told that the only guests allowed in the house were the ones staying overnight-I understand they don’t want a big party or gathering but this seemed a bit rigid and we were told there would be a fine if so-there was also an extra fee for any additional guests beyond 10- the booking is listed as sleeping up to 16 people- truthfully it’s a bit tight after 10 people and to be charged $35 per extra guest per night seemed unnecessary -Check out time is at 10 AM which seems very early to me. When I asked to get a late check out, I was told there would be another fee. Many times at other rentals it doesn’t feel like there are this many rules and there’s more accommodations made when able-Leading up to our stay, was stressful, because we were warned of many fines-I do understand it’s a quiet neighborhood and they don’t want to disrupt the residents on the street but it seemed a bit much-just be aware that there are only 4 cars allowed in the driveway and no parking on the street- The place was very clean and comfortable and we wound up having a nice stay overall-

Lovely Stamford Home

We had 8 adults stay here and it was perfect for our group. Loved the ping pong table and the free weights in the garage. Plenty of room for everyone.

Joyful

Excellent great for family needing 5 bedrooms wonderful entertainment from outside games and fire pits to inside fruzball, pool table and ping-pong table Wonderful space to catch up and enjoy family you don't get to see often. Close to adorable town with lots to do there only pits dishwasher did not work and outdoor grill was very dirty

Beach Week!

An incredible house in an incredible location. Communication with the host was excellent and even when VRBO website was down and I was unable to access check-in instructions, the host responded promptly and emailed me directly. The house is exactly as pictured, if not even more beautiful in person. All the amenities as pictured in the listings and function just as well. Plenty of sleeping space between the bedrooms, recliner lounge chairs/sleepers, and pull out couch/inflatable air mattress. Walking distance to the beach, breweries, and close to Stamford. Kitchen was fully stocked and grill/firepit with plenty of propane. All in all, it was an incredible stay and will look forward to staying in this location again!

Exactly As Pictured

One of the few places I've ever stayed that were exactly as pictured! It was super clean and a great space. Communication with the host(s) was great once we arrived. No crazy check out instructions, etc. and ample driveway parking. Definitely a great house and great space!

Clean and well maintained

The house was very clean and well-maintained. It was well stocked with essentials. The pictures that are shown on the website are very accurate. The only downside to our stay was the "extra beds". They did have extra beds available like what was advertised but they were really just fold-out chairs. They were not overly comfortable for the tall men in our group. The owner was very accommodating and responsive and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay

Our group had an excellent stay at this property near Stamford. Unfortunately, the weather was not the best, but the amenities of the house made sure we enjoyed our time. We did have a large group so the different options for sleeping arrangements helped a lot as well. Very happy with the accuracy of the listing to what we were looking for.
