Great stay for large group

Comfortable stay for our large family group, including 2 kids. Host was very communicative throughout the entire process. Really liked that there were a lot of extra blankets. The bath mats were slightly slippery though when stepping out of the shower, but other than that no issues

Thanksgiving with Family

We stayed for 5 days to attend a family Thanksgiving and the house was perfect for us and convenient for the local travel needed and the 2 duplex setup allowed our children and grandchildren to have separation while still being together and the game room with movie theatre setup was also a great setup.

Nice Stay, but some rough spots

House was adequate for our use as a place to stay for a wedding. The stairs to get to upstairs apartment was very dangerous for most people and unusable for my disability status (no hand rails and very steep). Buried deep in the fine print is that the game room is only usable if you pay an extra fee. The house was very clean and well stocked. Parking is difficult to find/street parking only. It served our purpose but wouldn't choose again.

Great place!

We utilized both apartments. Each one has its own kitchen and living area. It was perfect for our small start up company. Men on the 2nd floor and women on the first. The yard is fantastic for gatherings.

Wedding weekend in Fairfield

We got married in Fairfield and stayed here for the long weekend with my husband’s family. It was perfect for our needs- clean, spacious and conveniently located. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a similar accommodation!

Graduation weekend

We did a one night stay for my daughter’s college graduation. Everything was clean but we had a few issues. I come from a family of firefighters and check safety first. The smoke detector was not operational. Batteries were dead not by a little either, by years. Also the means of egress to get out to the front porch upstairs was totally blocked with clutter. Nobody was getting out of there in an emergency. We moved it, but it is likely moved back now blocking the only upstairs exit if the stairs lit up. The kids were disappointed that the game room was locked and the owner wanted additional money to use it which I didn’t fall for. The photos of the game room were mixed right in with the other pics when they posted the sale. Then he said it was clearly marked that it would be an extra charge. Nobody in my group including myself ever saw anything about an “extra charge” for the gameroom when we booked it.

Ended up staying here with 10 friends for a wedding located in Westport. It was well taken care of, spacious for our group and easy to get to where we needed to be for wedding festivities.

The property was great, but the hospitality topped everything! Great host! Spacious property!

Such a great property for friends gathering together from out of town! We utilized this property for my 28th get away n loved it.. the size of the rooms were great, bathroom & kitchen were super clean.. any questions we had, all I had to do was call the host and they were super helpful. Response time and communication we’re great! Game rooms a lil smaller than expected, but over all good room.

Great trip and stay!

Andrew/Regine- thank you for such a great weekend! The house was absolutely perfect! We were so impressed with how clean each bedroom, bathroom, floors etc were. The response time from Andrew ( manager) was a huge help. Restaurants, beach, bars, shopping were all a 6-8 min easy drive. Would recommend!

Great Home for Family Reunion

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. All the bedrooms very cozy and comfortable. The shower head was heavenly. We had everything we needed to have our family reunion.

Good house in a convenient location with some minor issues

Overall enjoyed our stay at the property. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The property is essentially 2 separate apartments with a connecting stairwell so not a true 5br. The backyard was spacious but the furniture/playground needed to be wiped down to be utilized. There were some minor issues with the place that the host was able to help with. Main concerns were that the window units were not properly installed so some bugs were able to enter the place. The grill also ran out of gas and we were told we had to fill and pay for it ourselves. Overall, enjoyed the property even with some of the issues, would consider staying here again.
