Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, washcloths and hair dryers for your stay.

This home is located in a private residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors. Outdoor noise should be kept at a respectful level at all times, with quiet hours beginning at 10 PM during the summer and 9 PM during the winter.

Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed at the property, and smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.



Please make sure everyone in your group is familiar with these rules before arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay, including the backyard, game room and driveway.



Self check-in is available for a convenient and flexible arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near Cove Island Park, the home is just a short walk from the park and beach. Enjoy nearby tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, walking and biking trails, and plenty of outdoor recreation.



Downtown Stamford, restaurants, shopping, I-95 and Metro-North are all just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the Connecticut coast with convenient access to NYC.



Getting Around:

The bus stop is down the street. Train station is only 10 minutes away.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, with additional sleeping options available for groups of up to 18.

An additional guest fee of $40 per person, per night applies after 14 guests.
