If you are lucky enough to find an opening for this house, just book it.The house and property are truly exceptional. Everything is thoughtfully labeled in the house, which is really handy when you just want to know what light switch turns on which light! The kitchen and bathrooms are VERY well stocked.The canal out back is very nice and my kids actually caught some cool fish out there. Manatees came to visit there are well. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards. The home is over 100 years old but beautifully updated. The views will take your breath away.Perhaps the best part is Michele. She is amazing—the most responsive and caring owner/manager we have ever dealt with. We were sad to leave and beyond grateful for the priceless family memories.

Three generations of our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at The Last Resort. The house was beautifully appointed and well stocked as described in the listing. A beautiful house and really well appointed. It is rare that you rent a property with the level of dishware, silverware and kitchen tools that this place has. Also, the decoration made you feel at home, not like you were inside a rental. The porch is great for sitting and the view was wonderful. We did have strong winds that pushed alot of sargassum on the beach the first day. It was not cleared until our final day. That would be the only challenge that we experienced.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at The Last Resort! Our family of eleven (6 adults and 5 teens) gathered to celebrate Christmas and our 50th wedding anniversary. The house and property turned out to be the perfect location for this occasion - the large (yet cozy) house, the idyllic ocean-front setting, the awesome sunrises from the perfect porch, an incredible heated pool, and so many extras too numerous to list! Heartfelt thanks to Michele for going above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and fabulous! We couldn't have asked for a better host, location, amenities, and accommodations! THANK YOU SO MUCH, Michele and Greg! Our warm memories of our stay at The Last Resort will be forever in our hearts as one of the best weeks our family has ever had together!

The drive up the long circular driveway to this beautiful home made us instantly relax. When we walked up the porch steps and in the front door we were faced with an amazing view of the calm ocean and palm trees on the sandy beach and we knew it was going to be a good vacation. The house is spacious and beautifully appointed. The pool and outdoor seating and dining were great. Everything we needed was at the ready. There were two...or more...of everything in the kitchen.There were lots of activities for all ages in the area. Our children arranged for a bagpiper to play from the upper deck and then on the beach on our last night and it was a magical way to end a magical week. We all highly recommend this property!!

This property is amazing!! The owners have STOCKED this thing. Don't bring a beach or pool towel, there are plenty ready to go. Beach toys, pool toys, Kayaks, Beach Chairs, Grill (with Propane and back up tanks). Are you traveling with young children (we had a 6 month old in our party)? They have what you need, high chairs, swings, nursery area, stroller, etc... The kitchen has a ton of supplies as well, spices, appliances, aluminum foil, parchment paper, and more. This place has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers so just bring a few things, pack light, and use the wash often, be a tourist! Communication with the property before during and after was quick, easy and responsive. They truly want you to have a good time and focus on your vacation. Make sure to take advantage of all the tours and offerings Robbie's has while on the island. Definitely a good time there. Get in line early, there is a reason this property is hard to book and stays busy (we booked a year in advance). You will enjoy your stay!! Thanks Michelle and crew, we had a blast!!!

The Last Resort is amazing, from the location to the layout of the house, how well it is stocked with all the essentials and the ease it was to communicate with Michele. The layout of the house is fantastic and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for large groups. Outside the pool is a great spot to hangout after being out on the water. We rented a boat for the week of our rental and kept it in the creek at the Last Resort’s Dock which is a great amenity if you would like to have a boat on vacation. There were also standup paddle boards, kayaks and bikes available. I would highly recommend this property as Michele and Greg have thought of everything to make for an unforgetable vacation.

We were a family of 7. We had a great time in the pool, really enjoyed the back porch with the breeze all day long. We were not able to walk into the water from the beach because of the seaweed but walked out onto to the dock. House had everything. Instacart delivers so we only left for dinner a few times. Great time!

A great family property with so many amenities! We enjoyed pool time, fishing, snorkeling, and so many other fun things. The house is equipped with everything you could need. The property manager was available if needed and checked on us early in week. Loved the house and the memories we made.

The Last Resort was spectacular. Our adult children vacationing with us agreed it was an 11 out of 10. That back porch on the water was our home for all hours throughout each day. The interior of the house was beautiful and new. We’ve never had a better equipped and better stocked kitchen in a vacation rental. This house in Islamorada is a perfect combination. And Michele our host was perfect in every way.

This property and setting are absolutely beautiful! We met friends from Germany and spent a week here with four couples. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the gorgeous views. Michelle was excellent to work with and answered and addressed any questions we had immediately. We certainly enjoyed "Key Life" while we were there! Our only complaint was that we had to leave.
