Fishing Vacation

Nice Property, owner has great communications with renters. A little disappointing with the on-site boat ramp, but we made it work. Easy access to the Atlantic and you are staying on the Gulf so that makes boating easy. On-site marine can get a little tricky with 3 boats so pick your spot and leave fenders, ropes, etc. so others will know you have taken this spot along the docks. Lots of trees on property so ask about boat height and ramp/trailer parking access ahead of time. All and all a great property with several rental houses combined. Easy access

Great location!

This is a great spot to get to so many fun things to do in the keys. Whether you are driving, walking, or going by boat. It's a wonderful community with friendly people staying around you and a perfect spot for sunsets!

Islamorada Gem

Wonderful property, location, and communication with host. Boat dock onsite was perfect. The Kottage was white glove clean and stocked with everything we needed. Perfect size for 4 adults, very comfortable accommodations. Lloyd was a pleasure to work with and all questions were promptly answered. Will definitely stay again and already looking forward to our next trip! Thank you Lloyd, Linda and Keys Kottage for a great vacation!

Versatile

This property really gives you the best of both worlds. Being located in the heart of Islamorada allows access to all the town offers while the home allows you to unwind and relax in your own quiet nook. The sunsets out back are one of a kind. Highly recommend and will be booking again!

Great little cottage near everything

Booked a week in April at this very nice little cottage. Spotless and well maintained. Met the owner/s at check in, very nice people, made sure we knew to call them for anything. We were traveling with our small dog, who unfortunately became very ill and we were only able to stay for one night as we had to get her to the vet. We’ve been coming to Islamorada for years and this little cottage is perfect for a small family or two couples. Has a small marina it shares with a few other cottages. You can bring your boat! Very close to restaurants and several tiki bars, coffee shops, etc. And very reasonable too! We’ll be back!

Family trip to the Keys

Our daughter, SIL and two grand children (3 and 9 months) stayed at the Keys Kottage. We had a large group and the Kottage was overflow for us. It was perfect for them. I could see returning with my wife. Great location and house. Lloyd: greatest, host, ever. Thank you!

Perfect getaway spot

Hands down … the most perfect place in the Keys. We chose it based on location and pet friendly with a dock but we received so much more than we expected. One of the few places that not only have a boat ramp, dock and a place to park the trailer. The lush landscape kept us cool and blocked us from road noise. The house was meticulously clean and comfortable. The views spectacular from the sitting area on the sea wall and we can’t wait to return and meet up with the wonderful guests we met in one of the other villas. Highly recommend and plan to return soon.

Perfection

For a group of four or fewer, this is the ideal setup for a vacation in Islamorada. Exactly as advertised and far better. So close to what a traveler needs that a car is almost not needed. The marina provides postcard-worthy sunsets. This part of the island feels like a nice quiet neighborhood, not a resort.

We absolutely loved our stay at Keys Kottage! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation in the Keys! The home has everything you need and is convenient to so many great shops and restaurants. Being able to dock our boat at the home was definitely a plus! Fabulous Stay!

Love staying at the Keys Kottage! Everything was as advertised and immaculately clean. The parking spots are right beside the back door making unloading & loading so easy. The property is lovely and very comfortable. The outdoor private patio was wonderful with the gas grill. We enjoyed the recommended restaurants and beautiful sunsets from the dock each evening. Lloyd, the owner was so kind and helpful! It couldn't have been a better week. We hope to visit again and would highly recommend the Keys Kottage! Thank you, Lloyd!

Week of Boating and Relaxing
