"If you love the creeks in the Lowcountry.....this is the place!! Fishing and crabbing from the dock. Catch your bait with a cast net. Tracie was a great host and all the bird feeders full....the variety!!! Three, maybe four types of woodpeckers!! Wood storks, Ibis, egret, heron, marsh hen, laughing gulls, a roseate spoonbill and barn swallows down by the creek and marsh. "The cottage is stunning with paintings by the owner herself. It was like staying in a gallery. Every detail was accounted for and we have absolutely nothing to suggest for improvement. The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere. One of the highlights of our stay was just sitting down with Ellen and Mike and hearing their story. Thank you for such a perfect weekend.
