"Melfort Village is terrific. Beautiful setting and marvellous accommodation. There is a pool, tennis court, putting green, restaurant /bar (great food)and lots of space. The staff are great, enthusiastic and helpful.Walks in the nearby hills or to the lochs. The Village is well placed for access to the magnificent nearby scenery (but do not follow the receptionist recommendation as to how to get to the falls - the road is a nightmare and there is a longer but better way!). "My family had a lovely time at Frances's Scotland abode! She was so quick to reply to any queries and having a short walk to the beach was pretty special. "

"This was such an amazing stay, we really wished we could have stayed longer. The host is absolutely delightful and very responsive. She greated us and did a brief walk through of certian items in need. The house itself looks brand new on the inside and immaculate. The location was perfect and a great relaxing atmosphere, close to things of our interest. We would highly recommend and certianly stay there again. "

"Hottub op ons balkon was fantastisch de badkamer daarentegen viel erg tegen, heel erg klein en douchen in bad voor 4 personen was niet oké… slaapkamers waren goed het 2 persoonsbed was smal. Beetje gedateerd. "

"An excellent discovery of the Melfort Village. Our cottage was perfect in every way. Clean and very cosy with all the essentials. The location is really good as if is slightly raised over the village and the view from the main area and master bedroom is stunning. You can see over the villages and through the lake. Our kids were very happy to play in front of the house too. We have stayed in late October but otherwise the patio table would be a perfect place to have your morning coffee ☕️ ! There...
